Had a visitor in from out of town. We enjoyed a little shopping in downtown Golden and then cocktails and dinner at Table Mountain Grill. What a great place!!Excellent food and service. And the prices are very fair especially since the portions are generous. Enjoyed my leftovers for lunch today! This place is a local favorite and it doesn't disappoint!

It smelled awful. Food was average but overpriced. Service in restaurant was good but it took forever to get service at the front and most of the times staff gossiping with each other.

The chorizo Benedict is one of, if not the best Egg Benedict dishes in Colorado. My buddy had the green chili burger with the candied bacon and it was excellent too. Service was as good as it could be and our server even tracked my buddy down a block away to give him his credit card back! Very nice lunch.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at this restaurant and had a great time. The food and service was delicious and quick. The restaurant is not loud. So visiting and chatting with family members was easy. The restaurant comped my daughter's mimosa as a birthday gift. Nice touch.

The Shepard's pie was very good, especially with the extra gravy as suggested by the server. The Brisket cheese sandwich was sparse on the brisket. We have had this sandwich several other time and it was overflowing with meat.

The food and atmosphere at this restaurant are great, and the prices are moderate. We had both dinner and brunch here, and we were all very happy. It is also a great location, right in downtown Golden.

The food is always fabulous here and staff are very friendly. One less star on service, and I realize this is an issue in the industry and not just here. Some misses on the post meal cleanups in that dessert was served with our finished dinner plates still on the table (2 waitresses came to take the dessert order) and when a second cup of hot was requested, the cup was removed and returned vs fresh. Not big things, but just highlighting inexperience or the need for the next step in training. Friendly staff who checked in several times. They were probably hustling to clear from the Harry Potter party in the back (which looked like fun and had a lot of people leaving with smiles). Will return, just some service tweaks needed to get that 5th star.

Table Mountain Inn has stayed consistent over the years. We have been going there for almost 20 years. The servers are always polite, efficient and helpful. The food and drinks are good and the prices are fair for the area. We still love it.

Very disappointed with our first and only experience here. Most of the tables around us were upset. The food took a long time, the server disappeared. We were about to leave after waiting fifteen minutes without being acknowledged by a server and saw a staff member. She graciously apologized and got us water. She said she would go find our sever. She came back five minutes later to say she would take care of us. Once the problem of not having a serve r got resolved we were left with the just as bad long wait time for the food and even worse quality of it. Over cooked steak, burnt potatoes and raw and cold broccolini sums up my meal.

Table Mountain is a long time favorite for us. We went on Valentine's Day and were pleasantly surprised to still enjoy a quiet atmosphere and the full menu. Don't miss the super fun Flaming Asadero Cheese appetizer! Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful about the menu, accommodating when we asked for additional salsa and paced the arrival of entrees and drinks perfectly.

We stayed at the inn and had breakfast there. It wasn't busy because we went early, and the staff was friendly. The food was excellent- there was definitely a sense of place, and everything sounded so good it was tough to pick. My husband had the blue corn pancakes, I had the breakfast burrito, and our kids had the breakfast quesadillas- all very good dishes. The portions were quite generous, so consider sharing if you don't have a big appetite.

It was restaurant week, so we thought we'd give them a try. Seemed no one understood the restaurant week menu, and I had to explain it to them. Our server was nice but clueless about the food in general (I asked about a “rub” on the steak, and she said she didn't know because she hadn't had it - and had no other option of finding out), didn't have any explanation for why the sides came out randomly different (just apologized). But beyond that: the food was overall good. The appetizer of the cheesesteak flatbread was by far the best thing we got. The steak was good, and the other meals were fine. It was all overpriced (the drink was watered down for the 12.09 price tag!), but at least it felt a tiny bit more reasonable with the restaurant week price tag. Not a place we will bother with in the future.

Joshua was an amazing server. The food was quickly served and hot! Coffee tasted great. I was overly impressed and will definitely come back. Thank you for making it a wonderful outing.

I have been going to this restaurant years...decades....and was shocked to find the parking lot is now blocked off with no signage to explain what happened. So I was late to my business lunch, trying to find alternate parking. It is now valet parking but there is no sign out front saying Free Valet for Restaurant patrons. I was told inside (after asking 3 different staff members) that one can also park across the street at Woody's but that is a very small parking lot. The food was not quite up to snuff either. First time I have been disappointed. One item was burnt but they served it anyway. A major ingredient was missing. After using this as my main meeting place for business lunches for years, not sure if I will come back. I might try one more time but management needs to do a better job communicating the change in parking situation, with signage out front and at the entrance to their parking lot. Golden City needs to build some multi-level parking lots. I would come more often but parking is always very stressful downtown, especially during classroom hours for Mines. Must be stressful for the businesses too. I know of at least one business that had to relocate because of this. Golden, we love you, but you make it hard for us!

Table Mountain Inn never disappoints. The decor and ambience is perfectly Southwest and Colorado. The service was first-rate, wait time for our meals was short, the food excellent. Always looking for an opportunity to return.
