Absolutely the best pho on the Front Range! The broth is rich and flavorful, the ingredients are always fresh, and the portions are generous. The service is warm, authentic, and genuinely caring - you can tell they take pride in what they do. Every visit feels like a little trip to Vietnam. Highly recommend Pho Canyon Point to anyone craving true, authentic pho done right!

Ordered take out, they didn’t start cooking it until after I showed up (15 minutes after it was already supposed to be ready per their email). Food came out wrong (ordered no bean sprouts, wife is allergic, there were bean sprouts all over it). They then took it back and cooked a new one which was less than half the size of the original dish. How dare I ask for what I ordered! I’d expect better from somewhere more expensive than literally any other Pho restaurant in the Denver metro.

The food here is excellent! I highly recommend the beef noodle bowl. The service is impeccable, just barely outshining the delicious food. It is relaxing and well decorating with a corner view of mountains beyond the gas station. Delicious and nutritious. I highly recommend!
