The Pines by Wedgewood Weddings

Every step of wedding planning here was perfect. The venue itself is gorgeous and our guest loved the whole atmosphere. Emily was a gem of a coordinator and she consistently made sure we felt heard and understood every time we had a question or a request. Morgan was also fantastic for end of the night reception help and keeping the party going. The bar staff was fantastic and everyone loved the food. I am so glad we picked this venue for our big day!

The best decision we ever made was booking our wedding with Wedgewood Weddings at The Pines! The entire process (through the tour to the wedding day) was absolutely seamless and stress-free, and perfect in the end. Their incredible team was so caring, professional, supportive, and truly outstanding. We can’t thank them enough!

I was a guest at a wedding. Beautiful location. Food was delicious. Venue was clean. Staff was friendly.

We had such a great wedding at the pines!! The indoor/outdoor space was lovely for a summer wedding and the day of coordinator that’s included is such a plus! We had rain on our day and they worked with us to make everything go smoothly! Aubree created a new timeline of events, but the rain cleared right before ceremony start and so we were able to stick to the original schedule! Aubree and Ariana were fabulous and made our day so easy! Only con is that we didn’t love all the included vendors. We hired our own baker because The Makery cake was too fake sugary sweet and ordered our own invitations on Zola because the envelopes are pre addressed for no charge. But they worked with us to make these changes! It just cost us a bit more money to go outside the all inclusive. Still would do the same thing over again however, the day was truly perfect.

We went for my sister's wedding. They had the ceremony in a pretty area outside, with the reception inside. There's also an outdoor porch area where the reception was held. It had benches where you could rest with a cocktail, and games like Corn Hole and Jenga. There was also plenty of parking for everyone. It was a nice experience.

My husband and I just got married at the Pines a couple weeks ago and had a wonderful experience! We booked our venue back in 2023, right after Wedgewood bought the venue. We enjoyed the process of wedding planning with Wedgewood, the planning portal was helpful and the planning meetings were thorough. Every time I emailed the Pines with questions, I heard back very quickly. We liked that the packages were completely customizable. Emily C. in particular was amazing, we had one of our planning meetings with her, she was often answering my emails (anytime I got an email from her, I knew everything would be taken care of), and she did an all-star job as our day-of coordinator. She is clearly very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Claire, our Banquet Captain, was also really great! And Megan went above-and-beyond in our final planning meeting, taking the time to make sure every detail was just how we wanted it. All of the other staff that we worked with were great too, although communication was occasionally a bit disjointed with different staff members answering messages in the same email chain. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, we got so many compliments from our guests on the setting. We love how it feels like you're up in the mountains but it is very easy to get to for guests.

We used several of the included vendors with the Pines. I'm writing reviews for each of them on their pages, but here is the quick summary:
-Juniper and Honey (florist)- AMAZING!!!!!!! We could not be happier that we worked with them! Easy to work with and absolutely knocked our vibrant wildflower vision out of the park.
-The Makery (baker)- The cake was really yummy and looked beautiful! Overall, I would reccommend them. However, there were some frustrations with communication in the leadup to the wedding.
-DJ Maestro- eh. Our DJ was not great, he did okay but messed up several things. If we could change one thing about our wedding, we would have hired an outside DJ. But, DJ Maestro is a big company, so I'm sure there are lots of amazing DJs! It's just luck of the draw who you end up being assigned to.
-We did not use Love & Lens, the photography company that Wedgewood reccommends. We went with Blue Spruce Photography and Videography and are so happy with them!!

All I can say is WOW. We had an incredible experience here, from our initial tour in March 2024 through our wedding day in June 2025. From start to finish, the staff was accommodating and helpful, allowing us to tour the property multiple times and sitting down with us for multiple hours-long planning meetings. They worked with us to stay true to our vision, even changing some of their standard practices to accommodate our ideas. On the day of the wedding, Alexis, Morgan, and the entire banquet team executed a flawless event from start to finish-it was absolutely perfect. Any perspective couple consider considering the Pines would be lucky to get married here.

We had our wedding here on 3/23/25 and it was absolutely perfect! Whatever we asked for or needed the team at the pines made it happen! I had zero stress the day of! Alexis went above and beyond the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly. We are from Texas so it was harder to do things over the phone, but Alexis made sure to go over each and every detail and answer every question. From the very beginning Liv did such a great job with the tour and helping us get started. The day of Alexis, Morgan, Matt, and the entire team were amazing, Morgan made sure to check on us frequently to see if we needed anything. I couldn’t recommend this venue and team enough.
