I love the thin crust pizza. However, they must Not read the "special" instructions. The last 3 times I asked for pie cut, and they keep cutting it in squares. I'm not serving hors d'oeuvres!!!

I live this location, it's no where near where I live anymore so I go out of my way to go to this one, the owners are so great and everyone is nice, everything is hot and
I tried to order via the app and use my rewards points for free wings. App was not working. So I went to the store, showed the managers on duty that the app was not working. Wanted to just place my order in store instead because the app was not working.. They refused to give me my free wings. Said it wasn't thier problem, that I would have to pay full price, despite showing them in person that their own app was not working, and that I clearly had rewards points in my account. What horrid customer service. Lorna and her assistant should both be fired, and this franchise given to someone that actually cares about customers. I was given a free pie from thier corporate complaint line, but they still refused to deliver it at no cost. What a joke. Domino's will make it right or it's free. Pizza Hut is just driving away customers. Bye bye. Profits over people. Time to file complaints with the Attorney General and the FTC, seriously
