Quick service really good super thicc milkshakes
The employee first went to the wrong car/stall and then asked me if I was the one who ordered.
I had ordered a large cranberry slush, but when I received it, I noticed it had no color. I mentioned that I had ordered a cranberry slush, and the employee insisted that’s what it was. When I pointed out that it had no color and mentioned that I’ve ordered it many times before, he dismissively responded, “Yeah, well, I work here. I put two pumps in.” (It was a Route 44 with extra cranberry.) He continued to argue with me about it.
I tried the drink, and it had no flavor. I attempted to call him back using the button, but he ignored it. When I went up front, he continued to ignore me. After finally coming to the door, I told him it wasn’t a cranberry slush. He grabbed it and told me they don’t give refunds.
On top of that, the rest of my order was stale, cold, and incorrect—even the grilled cheese, which was for someone else, was wrong.
The employee’s name was Armando (or something similar), and he was incredibly rude, argumentative, and dismissive. If he hadn’t been so rude, I probably wouldn’t have even written this review.

I work as an Ubereats driver and the lady who was working Sunday afternoon got argumentative when I asked for a coffee lid. The customer had ordered a frozen shake and the cup has a large opening so I just wanted to cover that up so dust doesn’t get in while I’m driving.
The lady kept arguing it doesn’t work over and over.
I would like her to remember that ubereats drivers and helping her customers.
Also, I normally pick up from the drive-through and that’s what I was told by another employee. This lady told me that I have to wait in a parking lot next time. She seemed angry when I pulled up to the drive thru window. I would’ve gladly waited in a parking spot if she told me over the microphone.

This is quite possibly the worst sonic location I've ever been to. My chicken tender breading was stale, and my bread was burnt.

The fry/chicken oil kind of tasted bad, like it hasn't been changed in months.
This location is 100% hit or miss. Which is somehow worse than being just fine every time.
Maybe it is bc I worked at multiple sonic locations once upon a time… I know how the food & especially the mixed frozen drinks *should* be made. It’s not a science experiment. There are formulas you follow for the correct texture and this place just can’t get it right from shift to shift.
Using clear cups makes it even more obvious to anyone making the drinks and serving them that they are not right.
If a cream slush is watery, it isn’t made right. If a slush isn’t thoroughly mixed, it’s easy to see.
Either use a month of Sunday morning shift huddles to retrain your staff or just tell customers you don’t know how to properly make the drinks.
PS for the GM: I can also tell if the fryer oil needs to be emptied & refilled. Y’all fry nearly everything, come on. :/

Extremely rude employee today that was running the mobile order food out. Order said it would be out at 12:44. And then the screen changed to saying “past orders” indicated it had been delivered to me. The employee came out being hostile claiming I didn’t check in and kept trying to tell me to calm down when I was very calmly asking about my order. She treated us very rudely. Also forgotten items. Was not going to return due to the employee to ask for items.
This place is absolutely terrible. There are always problems with what u ordered never have the order complete

We thought we would give Sonic another try as we had a good experience at a different location. Not only has the food gotten worse, served cold and as if it had been sitting out forever - tator tots were actually so hard they were inedible, but the customer service has plummeted! When i was at the drivethru i was told to order online. I spent the time and effort to register and try to order online, only to get an error message that online ordering was suspended. Then when i went to order at stall and told them they all laughed and said they knew. I was there almost an hour waiting for our food and when it was brought out it was awful and looked as if it had been made days before. When i asked who the manager of this location was the girl working refused to tell me nor would she tell me her name! This occurred 9/8/24 at 7:33 pm check number 213

A big thank you to Ms Anna to her fantastic service. She is always so kind every single time I have gone to the Sonic she works at whether in Littleton and now in Golden! She goes above and beyond.

Says they close @ 10pm on Saturdays. I was there at 9:15 pm and they weren't serving any food. If they are going to stop serving that early they might as well shut the store down at 9pm.
Update 8.14.2024 @ 845 am... Give another try because I was in the area. I love sonic but this has to be the worst sonic I've been too. Ordered the ultimate meat buritto for almost $6. Horribly put together, the eggs weren't scrambled. I just got a refund......smh
