This is a rarity for me. I loved the food at this sonic and was amazed at how good it tasted. Service was awesome. Thanks guys. Now if I want to eat at sonic, even though it's out of my way because I live in Aurora, I will come see you.

Oh boy, where do I even start with Sonic? I mean, the food is usually decent, but sometimes you just can't help but feel like you've been shortchanged. My son and I swung by the drive-thru for some of their famous blasts the other day, and let's just say we were left feeling a little sour (pun intended).First off, we ordered our blasts both got the Reese peanut butter cup and they both came only 3/4 of the way full.The thing is, this isn't the first time we've felt like we're getting shortchanged at Sonic. It's becoming a bit of a trend at this location, if you catch my drift. So, in our frustration, we decided to ask the poor worker at the window what the deal was. And wouldn't you believe it, they let slip that management had instructed them to skimp on the product to boost profits. I mean, come on! Is this the kind of shake-down we should expect from a trusted fast food joint? I think not!Let's be real here, Sonic. We come for the good food and the fun vibes, not for a lesson in corporate greed. We want our shakes to be thick, creamy, and delicious – not an exercise in finding the missing milkshake. I'm all for saving a buck, but don't mess with a person's dessert, you know what I mean?So, until Sonic decides to give us the full shake experience we deserve, I might just have to start bringing my own blender to the drive-thru. And that's a milkshake you'll definitely want to watch out for!

Just ordered a Cheesecake shake. Worst shake I've ever had. They didn't mix it well and it had weird chunks of whatever flavors they put in it. Awful!!!?

If I could give no stars I would.Went for a quick sweet run, ended up going through the drive thru as no one was in the line. First thing I noticed was the menu they have posted had NONE of their slushes, ice cream, shakes etc. posted on it, so I had to google the menu to see what we wanted. I was only two things in out of my four things we were getting and was asked if I was done, I said no yet I was given a total and told to come forward, I pulled up to the window and was “greeted” by a middle aged man and I informed him we were not done ordering when they cut me off mid order and I needed two more things, he was visibly annoyed at this request and from then on our our whole interaction with him he was rude, and visibly was annoyed that we were even there, cut me off talking multiple times as well, he handed me three of my items and walked off (I assumed he was making the ice cream cone) but the cone was sitting right on the counter where I could see it- I waited 5 minutes watching this cone melt all while I was trying to get his attention- he made eye contact with me multiple different times and continued to ignore me even after waving at him, I finally flagged down another employee and they handed me my melted cone. No offer to make a new not melted cone or even a napkin.I DO not make reviews often but I’d avoid thing place if I were you, they have awful costumer service.

The so called manager is nothing but a rude homophobic and unprofessional jerk. He mustve thought his headset was off when he started talking about his employees saying “ain’t no way I’m working with another gay kid” then proceeded to practically throw my food at me. Oh and the order wasn’t even right. What a joke he is. Do better sonic. None of them are wearing gloves & handling food… money then food DISGUSTING. The proceeded to sneeze on his hands and then not wash them. Wont even eat the food we paid for.

Ordered a corn dog, CHEESEBURGER, slushie (happier hour) and some toys. What I received was WRONG change back, HAMBURGER with stalle bun EXTRA pickles and mustard, NO ketchup for corn dog and HUNG UP up on after being interrupted the entire time when I called being honest about wrong change and food mess up. Only reason I'll go there anymore is for the car show. The service was horrible and food was messed up pretty bad with no assistance from any manager and only disrespectful staff.

I love the Sonic franchise. I grew up with them. It was our Cruz in high-school. But the food at this place sucks. The hamburgers are cooked by the dozens and then just warmed up on the grill when ordered, with a rock hard bun. Then the onion rings are under cooked.
