It was exactly what you expect at a Starbucks. Atmosphere wasn't unique or different... it was Starbucks. I don't say that negatively, just stating. Super clean location. Staff was VERY friendly and it was super busy

1 Employee working. I ordered 1 bottle water and 1 pumpkin loaf. The wait was crazy long. I did not have the bread warmed, it came sealed in plastic. IT WAS DRY AND CRUMBLY!!!!!! THROUGH HALF IN THE TRASH!!!! The display cases had not been cleaned and polished for ( what looked like) months. This Starbucks was the worst, ever.!

Had a bit of a rough morning while traveling, so we decided to stop by for some coffee. While there, I went to pick up our coffees, the lid popped off one of them, & coffee spilled everywhere! I felt terrible. The employee who helped me was so kind & helpful. She even made me a new coffee. It made my day!

This is such a nice Starbucks! The views are incredible and the seating is perfect to appreciate the wonderful nature around Golden. However the service is horrible! I came here after a hike with my friend ordered a trenta black tea with sugar free vanilla. In the past i have had a watered down tea and a cup full of ice. I was very specific in my order not to add any water and to go light on the ice. The took over 10 minutes to give me my tea they took care of all the drive thru and kept skipping my order. I literally watched the barista water down my tea in front of me after i ordered it from her. I didn’t make a big deal of it but i call her out on the way my drink was made. I don’t understand paying $6 for a tea that is watered down especially after i asked you not to. Very ignorant young women working her as much as i enjoyed the out door space I’ll skip it…
