A good coffee shop provides a convivial atmosphere. This place is NOT that.I was made to feel personally targeted with disrespect and micro-aggressions during every visit by a barista named Luke. Another barista named Jordan encouraged me to report Luke’s rudeness after observing him. I also reported Luke’s egregious hygiene issues, wildly out of place on a food service worker. Two other baristas encouraged me to take this action.The situation escalated and was made exponentially worse due to the neglect and incompetence of the store and district manager; both proved to be utterly incapable of de-escalating and resolving an issue in a safe, timely, mutually beneficial manner. This entire situation should’ve been addressed and immediately diffused. It was not.The result was a lingering problem where I, as the customer, was made to feel unsafe, targeted, and at risk of retaliation. This unmitigated disaster was compounded by the malicious gossip of other employees.I just wanted to sit there and draw comic books while I drank too much caffeine. Instead, I had a singularly traumatizing experience. Thanks, Golden Starbucks.

We ordered 2 drinks for pick up. When we got there, one of our drinks was the wrong size. Molly, the barista, was so nice and helpful in getting it fixed. She even suggested a modification to the drink that made it better than the original. Thanks for being so nice and helpful, Molly!

Great Starbucks location. Clean, fast, good place to sit for a while too. Huge drive through too which seems to get most of the traffic. I am a morning person and enjoyed sitting at the window watching the sun come up.
The food and drinks are alright, I don't order anything other than the iced chai tea. Occasionally I will get food but the past few times I've been to this location they have never made my chai tea right, it always just taste like milk. Nobody wants to buy $6 milk. The Staff here is incredibly rude and they don't consider anybody's time. They make you wait for your drinks 15 minutes tops. The place Overall is alright. tables are always dirty and never wiped down.

this particular one always seems to know who I am and that's a big thing for me. This is used as a workspace from what I can tell. People on laptops set up and working.When school is in there's alot of kids in here so I try not to go after two and if I do it's very short trips.Parking: The parking is limited but there is a two lane drive through and I've watched cars back up at 8 am almost into golden rd. We went through the drive through at 11 and it was backed up.Dietary restrictions: They usually can make drinks with alternative milks

Went into this location from out of town. The gentleman at the front was incredibly genuine and kind. I have a bit of a complicated order and he understood without hesitation. Our order came out fast and the lady on bar was sweet as well. I wish I lived here so we could come back everyday. Keep up the great work everyone!
