Tyler and Vicky were absolutely amazing. Tyler tried to swap the soda for me cause it wasn't working he was very committed and when it still wouldnt work he was very apologetic. Great customer service like them is hard to find these days.

Subway has given me and my 11 year old daughter food poisoning. The meat balls were less than Luke Warm and the Fresh spinach was wilty. Do not go to the Golden, Co location. They enjoy making you sick!!!!!!!!

overall had a good experience here. one time the employee was watching sports or something instead of looking at the online orders and so my order didn't get made until I arrived and asked about it. this was an isolated event tho, usually they are on top of orders

Took 30min to place my order with only two people in front of me. The guy working the counter is super slow and has conversations with every customer.

5 door dashers have come to pick up my order and all have left because who ever is working right now just isn't making the order. This place shouldn't be accepting 3rd party orders and doesn't even deserve the 1 star.

My biggest issue for this location is mainly the night shift. Tyler was super helpful and took care of me as promptly as possible but the fact that he is the only one on shift at night is ridiculous. Taking phone calls, orders, and taking care of lack of prepwork being done by earlier shifts. Just a total lack of proper scheduling by the manager in my opinion.
