I am usually pretty generous when people or businesses try. This place does neither. The veggies looked like a the had been swept off the floor. The only employee there was not happy he had customers, super rude. Without a doubt the worst subway I have ever been to.

Absolutely awful. We came in and got in line just as the only dude working was finishing up with helping someone else. As he finishes checking out the customer in front of us, a frantic woman comes in and says that she is there for a DoorDash order. He chats with this woman for a second while we're still waiting at the beginning of the line, then prints out two gigantic mile long receipts, comes over to us, and says "It's gonna be a bit of a wait, I have to do this online order." That was a bit frustrating, but we honestly didn't mind waiting.The man then picked his nose with his gloved hand. Didn't change gloves, didn't wash his hands, was only wearing a glove on one hand, and wiped his hand on his jeans before immediately making the online orders. I almost threw up. Left immediately

Just received the hands down worst experience I have ever had at a subway. The kid that is here right now is worthless. His sandwiches are a complete mess, he's impatient and rude and has zero customer service skills. Epic epic fail. I'm tossing these in the trash and going somewhere else.

Posted hours mean nothing. Came in 20 minutes before closing time to wait 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. Once noticed I was told the register was closed and would not be served. Not sure how you pay employees who refuse to sell products. Either serve customers or change posted hours. I work nearby, but won't be back.

Ok...maybe it was a bad day or something, but, here goes. Took over 20 minutes in line to place my order with only one couple ahead of me in line who were absolutely dying with patience as this 'person' literally peeled back one slice of each meats, placed one olive in series...literally one picked then placed at a time...same for each ingredient! Never seen anything like this before!...but wait! The 'manager' I think, comes out after sweeping with broom and dust pan...same gloves, comes out to lend a hand after about 30 minutes of watching this circus...gross! Did he wash the restrooms beforehand and I didn't see? What's going on here?

I was entering the store at 5:06 pm today November 21, 2023 and a woman with a thick build and short hair was very angry and spoke to me in a grotesque manner yelling at me. I told her I was sorry, I didn't understand her because I don't speak English, she asked me how I was and I told her that I was fine, but she seemed pretty angry to calm down, she started preparing my food and throwing everything away, I asked her name Why am I going to complain? I didn't like how he treated me. He yelled at me and I told him in Spanish that I'm not to blame for his bad mood, that he should treat his clients well because we are the ones who pay his check. It's not fair that customers have to endure the frustration and bad mood of employees. I also work in a grocery store and I have never treated a customer badly because I know how important they are to our store.

Came in to have a meal with my sister and her baby and the lady with facial piercings and no hair net and hair down and with the biggest attitude just rude for no reason we did not even want to order So we politely said never mined and again she just loudly said ok bye and rolled her eyes I work in fast food and I get it customers but at the end of the day it’s our job take it or leave it no need to be rude.Just leaving this here if h don’t want a better staff or environment then reed this roll your eyes and talk about this to the crew but if you do then do something about her and make sure customers are greeted with “ok hello how are u!!” Because let me remo you I came in when there was a line and I stayed patiently in like waiting for you guys to finish and get to me no just hurry y’all up.
It has been the worst treatment of customers and it is operational today October 31st. She has no manners and curses all the time. It is not right for her to be in a place like this

Bread is ok, but inconsistent. They are saving lots of money by not providing bags, so plan to order no more than 2 items. Tomatoes are green and tasteless. Distribution is horrible. If you want to eat a mouthful of mayo followed by a mouthful of bread, then a mouthful of lettuce, then this is the place for you. Technically all the stuff was on the sandwich, but it was made in a way that sends a clear message that they do not care. No one would ever make a sandwich like this if they expected to eat it themselves.Vegetarian options: Same price to not get meat.
Even though Chris was the only one there to handle a lunch crowd he maintained a great attitude and worked efficiently. Even though he should have had someone working along side him he didn’t complain and made sure to get everything out as fast as possible, I’ll be back because of him, thanks Chris!
