The food here is always good compared to other some Taco Bell’s, but coming from a TB manager… you guys gotta work on your customer service or train a little better. Also would’ve got docked a couple CORE points. Unfortunate.

Food is usually good but I never get my sauces. I get the window timer is a big deal for you guys but to ask for what I ordered then be told to go around because they want good times is bad business. Half of the kids don't know what is going on and the managers get upset for them to just know. Either way my food was good but could be better with sauce.

The person working the drive thru got mad when he couldn't hear me as I was trying to clarify something. He deleted all but one thing on my order and wouldn't let me add anything else. When I reached the window he shut it in my face and ignored me after handing me one of the four things I originally asked for. I understand it's fast food and whatnot but that was particularly unkind.

The Cantina Chicken Burrito is a delicious lifesaver for when nothing else in the area is open!
I don’t understand the negative reviews since I’ve never gotten anything bad from this location, and they’ve never messed up any of my orders. Right now, I’m relying on them for dinner after getting off a flight that landed at 11 pm, and even at midnight, the food is phenomenal.
The only thing I’d change about this location is that they ought to give out more Diablo sauces. That’s literally it. Otherwise, this Golden mainstay deserves kinder words.

It's Taco Bell, obviously not traditional Mexican food ...it's convenient when everything else is closed.
The guy working the register was extremely rude and very none responsive for my order entry. He then continued to ignore me while at the window, not allowing me to add sauces to my order. All in all, I’m quite disappointed with my service experience at the closest location to my house.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this time I was not happy. If u could leave no stars i would. I understand they had a huge grubhub order ahead of mine. They had 1 in side order ahead of mine and 3 after mine. They ended up making 2 items of my order then they deleted the rest of my order. The Manager was nice and apologized but after waiting 30 minutes for an order was just ridiculous. You also might want to tell the shorter heavy set gentleman to stop wiping his butt after every item he makes. He also was a little pissed he had to make my order the first time. Thats pretty gross. I ended up just getting my money back and going home. I was afraid my food would be tampered with. After all was said and done I waited for over 45 minutes.
