Still my favorite ever, best service. I have been going here on my birthday for 19 years, October 2026 will be 20 years!!

We were greeted immediately and taken to our table. The wait staff was very professional and friendly. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderfully. We have enjoyed The Keg for a number of years now and this will not be our last.

It’s been a long time since I was down in this area and had time for dinner. Curiosity set in to see if it was as good as I remember it from 15 plus years ago. Let me just say it was as good as I remembered. It’s rare for me to go to a steakhouse and not walk away a little disappointed and thinking how I can do it better than the meal I just payed for. That being said, I left there without having that thought a single time. I got the baseball sirloin and it didn’t disappoint. They even managed to cook it rare blue which is an impressive task in itself. Call me crazy but I like my steak still mooing. My wife got the prime rib that she was pleased with. The atmosphere here is hard to explain but it just feels warm and inviting. We are looking forward to going back the next time we can. Ps I still cook a better steak but the value and service makes it worth the price of admission.

I have been coming here for YEARS and always brag about the consistency of food, service etc. Our server acted like he did not want to be there. They were out of spring mix so they made my salad with romaine and soft, old peppers. The lettuce looked like my grandson who is 4 cut it. The sourdough bread is something everyone loves there. Its famous so when we asked for bread we were shocked to be served one small white bread dinner roll they probably got off the clearance shelf at KS. The steak was a bit tough but cooked properly. I was so disappointed. Not sure I will be back. Something must be going on with the management there.

This was by far the best bison burger & bison chili ever !! Food was amazing, affordable and the service was great !!! Christa our server was awesome !!

My steak was really not the best. Although it was prepared well, the flavor of it really lacking and it had a lot of gristle. Everything else about the meal was very good though. The service, the atmosphere, the sides, were all very good. If not for the steak, 5 star, but the steak is kind of the main event when you go here. Wish I could rate 4.5.

Service was ok. Wanted to seat us a noisy part but asked to be moved and was moved. Waiter was ok. Got over charged. But it was a birthday celebration so once a year it was good. No healthy options

The service just isn't what it used to be. From taking too long to get us anything to not getting the order correct, to not doing basic things like clearing plates or having salt and pepper on the table, the service greatly lacks. We were celebrating our anniversary and put that on our Open Table reservation and not a word was said. I also let the server know I used to work there and helped open the restaurant, and no acknowledgment. That used to mean something there and it had zero impact. The food came out incorrectly ordered, but instead of waiting to tell them, because my husband would've been done with his meal, I just scraped off all the things I asked not to come on my meal. Just a real letdown this time around.

Food is decent but severely lacks any wow factor...a little pricey for the quality. Service is surprisingly good through and through...though it appears clean, a facelift would bode well for this place...but it's somewhat quiet so that's a plus.

We go here every year for my sister's birthday, and it has just gone down hill a little. The food took a super long time, and we had a 3 year old at our table, so that was hard. But the food was also cold, and not that great. The prime rib is not very good. My husband did have a ribeye, that was good.
I think the waiter was kind, and trying. But there were too many ball drops.

A pleasant 4 star dining experience. Good service. Comfortable steakhouse venue. Would be 5 stars but my medium rare steak was undercooked to my preference. (I ate it as it was). Meal included a lackluster side of a couple steamed vegetables: green beans and undercooked carrots. An excellent tossed green salad was included. Good sourdough bread to share. All in all, a nice place for a steak dinner with a couple glitches.
