The food was incredible—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! The meal was not only delicious but beautifully presented as well, and we were so happy with how well the catering team handled everything.
The service was top-notch throughout the entire day. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and organized, making sure everything ran smoothly from the ceremony to the reception. We heard so many compliments from our guests, with many saying it was the best wedding they’d ever attended—and we owe a huge part of that to The Rose and their amazing team.
The ambiance was simply stunning. It created the perfect setting for our big day, and we couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque location. It really felt like a dream come true.
The location was ideal as well—convenient for our guests and easy to find, but still offering that special, magical atmosphere that made everything feel unique. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment because The Rose’s staff was so well-organized and made sure everything was taken care of.

Then based on the day we selected for our reception, Emily was our day of coordinator. Emily is just as detail oriented and communicative as Patricia. They make an excellent team, are a pleasure to work with, and are phenomenal at what they do. Truly! They know every question to ask to ensure every detail is executed to your vision and that's exactly what happened. Our day was absolutely perfect. We got so many compliments on the venue and the food! We chose their BBQ menu, an assortment of desserts (the churros were a big hit), and late night snacks. Our small wedding (33 people!) didn’t feel out of place, as the venue has the ability to transform to whatever size you might need. From the food to the staff to the amazing architecture, The Rose was absolutely amazing. If we had to do it all over again, no hesitation I would go with The Rose as my wedding venue.

The Rose was a terrific place to hold the Rehearsal Dinner for our son's wedding. What a wonderful venue. From day one - Emily, our event coordinator, was a pleasure to work with. She helped us plan a wonderful menu and handled every detail (which was terrific since I was doing this long-distance). She made great suggestions and attended to every detail. The Buffalo Room was just the right size for our event, and the event staff, Lyndie and Ellie, made sure everything looked beautiful. The food itself was outstanding - wonderful variety and plentiful. The service couldn't have been better. My husband and I, as well as our son and daughter-in-law, were very happy with the outcome. We highly recommend the Rose for a special celebration! They made ours memorable.

Little late on our review, but my wife and I had our wedding reception at The Rose in April and we can't say enough about the venue, the incredible staff and most importantly Patricia. One of the few venues where you're excited for the food as the chef did an incredible job with all the meals. Patricia does not miss any details from including a self designed logo on menus and TVs to ensuring we had time for individual pictures she is prompt and works hard to ensure the whole day goes smoothly. We can't recommend The Rose enough to people and our guest still rave about how gorgeous the venue was.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning and intimate feeling. We had about 170 people, and utilized both the main floor and mezzanine area for seating. Everyone loved the venue and made so many comments on the unique experience the venue provides. We are SO glad we chose to do our wedding reception here in the beautiful historic Golden!

The place is beautiful and set up very well for a small show. Unfortunately, service isn't great, food is ok, Most importantly the sound is muffled which is a huge disappointment. Wish they would figure out how to improve the sound.

The space was great - it was super to have the indoor/outdoor feel with the addition of the patio. Having the cold appetizers just inside the door and the hot food and drinks at the back worked out well.
The staff were very attentive without being intrusive, including the person going around to handle a cash bar situation who did it smoothly and masterfully.
The food was delicious and we appreciated their packing up what people did not eat so the bride and groom had leftovers.
Finally, all communications and arrangements with the venue went very smoothly. They even accommodated a last minute switch from the back patio to the Buffalo Room when we had to factor in some late RSVPs.
All in all, a super event to cap off a magical weekend - highly recommend!!

We recently hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at this venue. Plans had to be made very last minute and Megan and Claire were amazingly helpful. Everything went just as planned. Zack was our captain for the evening and he also did an amazing job. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and speedy, and a wonderful time was had by all. We utilized the back patio. It was open-air, but private. The staff set it up perfectly and allowed me to add my personal decorations. All of the left over food was nicely packed up for us to take home. I highly recommend this venue.

She is super responsible, patient, knowledgeable and exudes excellent project management skills. We started with a rehearsal dinner for 40+ and the staff quickly turned over the room to host 150+ for welcome drinks. The marquee sign announcing their wedding week was an unforgettable touch!
