Not a fan of the chips, I'd probably try the Caesar as a side next time. The fried chicken sandwich was ok, the flavor was good, but the chicken was a bit over cooked. The staff was nice though. They were a bit busy but still attentive.

We stopped by this small taproom to kill some time while others in our group were shopping around downtown Golden. There were about 15 beers on tap, plus some ciders and wines.
Their beer selection can change daily, so it’s like an all new beer menu if it’s been a week or so since your last visit.
Much of their food is Cajun style, and surprisingly it is gluten free. That’s a refreshing find because usually these are rue-based dishes which have wheat flour. The green chili is nice, and the burgers are really good too.
We liked this place and will be back next time we’re in town.
The food, beers and service were excellent. The noise level was minimal so conversation was easy.

We had an amazing lunch at the trailhead tap house and kitchen. The place was super chill and relaxed, and the service was lightning-fast and friendly. My wife loved the jambalaya - it was absolutely delicious! The lamb bria was also fantastic, and the portions were just right. .
If you’re ever in Golden, I highly recommend this place.
