Great cafe in downtown Golden. Friendly staff, fair prices and wide selection of food and beverages. Great place to spend an afternoon after a hike in the area. Will come again next time I’m in town.

Nice little cafe just under the “Welcome to Golden,” sign. Enjoyed a beer with lunch, had the Thunderbird turkey sandwich. Food is good, the service is decent, the atmosphere is terrific!

Kid-friendliness: Cool kid area in the back!

I hate to leave a bad review but I’ve never had a good experience at this place with drinks only. A couple of years ago we ordered drip coffees around 12:30PM and they were completely cold and the staff had retreated to the kitchen. I’ve tried this place out two separate times since then and the wait time has been horrendous for a coffee shop, the matcha latte was bad, and staff was far from welcoming. Lesson learned this final time. Their food might be fine (I’ve never had it), but their drinks and service leave a lot to be desired.

Popped in to pick up a quick coffee before our walk, unfortunately it held our day up for over 30 minutes they were a little bit busy, but nothing crazy - definitely feels like a long time to wait for two lattes - staff need to hustle a little harder especially when soliciting tips

Cutest little cafe that had gluten-free options, yay!

I got the breakfast sandwich on GF bread. Was able to get it with turkey sausage or deli turkey instead of bacon. And they did goat cheese instead of cheddar since I cannot do dairy. It was kitchen approved and SO GOOD! It came with a hard cooked egg and I would totally come back and get this again.

Also, got coffee with coconut milk and sugar free vanilla, very yummy.

Delicious espresso, great fancy milk drinks and a fun relaxed vibe even on Thanksgiving day! Drop in if you are anywhere near Golden!

I ordered a chicken salad croissant and beet salad. The croissant sandwich was ok. The beet salad I couldn’t finish because it was mostly apples and raisins and was not what I was expecting. For my girls I ordered the grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was made with stale bread and the cheese wasn’t melted. It was so hard they struggled to bite into it. That also couldn’t be finished. Overall pretty disappointed.

The best strawberry chocolate cheesecake I ever had, coupled with one of the best lattes ever - one can’t ask for more than this to be happy :)
BTW, the service was prompt and courteous..
