My husband ordered two 6pc wing meals. 1 with ranch and 1 with blue cheese. The larger lady gave us 2 blue cheese. When i asked for a ranch she tried to charge me $1.71. I went and grabbed 1 of the blue cheese to show her. She proceeded to argue and then asked to check the other blue cheese. My husband was already eating so i told her no. When she got loud my husband got up and had to intervene. She ended up tossing the ranch at him and saying "whatever". Mind you there was a table of kids maybe 13years old right next to the food window. Very petty and unprofessional. I guess the customer is no longer right and must provide evidence for staff mistskes.

I had a really uncomfortable experience today at this location. The manager was criticizing his employe in front of customers and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The employee seemed to handle it very well but did look uncomfortable since she noticed customers were listening to the conversation. Maybe this location should reconsider management or possibly provide a proper training for him.

So good. The deals they have going on right now are very nice and make it very affordable. The hot honey seasoning on the fries was so good. I got lemon pepper, original hot, garlic parm, and mango habanero. The lemon pepper was by far the best. I appreciate that the employees waited to do my fries until I got there because they were nice and hot.

Never had a problem until last week. Got food poisoning from them. So did my friend that ordered with me. Really inconsistent food wise too, sometimes I’ll get a ton of sauce sometimes pretty much no sauce. Not sure if it’s the employees, management or what’s going on but throwing up for 2 days straight and not being able to eat or drink was not very fun.
