I don’t hand out five stars lightly, but this Wingstop absolutely earned it. From the moment I walked in, the place was clean, well-lit, and smelled like pure fried happiness. The staff greeted me with a smile and took my order quickly, even though the place was busy.

Whoever delivered my food was great, but the wings?? Does this look like buffalo to you? I also asked for lemon pepper on top, I got neither.. feels like I’m scraping buffalo and oil from the wrapper

Came in at 11:30pm on a sunday. the manager looked like she was refilling sauce there was a girl standing at the back behind a wall sounded like she was chopping something. The manager didn’t say a word to me, she turned back towards the girl and said “customer” girl didn’t respond. The mgr takes out her phone and text the other girl unassuming since she pulled out her phone right after. The mgr walks towards the back says something to the girl behind the wall they both laugh. Then i notice there was a third girl who was actually doing the chopping. So the 1st girl was doing NOTHING. She then looks right at me, doesn’t say a word then gets on her phone and hides behind the wall again. Mgr lady doesn’t say a word to her and she walks towards the back. Terrible customer service. Needs new leadership/management. I walked out after not being helped or even acknowledged
