During my visit, I noticed a few service issues that affected the overall experience. Our table was not set with silverware when we were seated, and our meals appeared to remain in the service window for several minutes before being delivered. When I asked if a manager was available, the server explained that the general manager, Jean, is rarely present. For a restaurant of this caliber, I expected more consistent front-of-house oversight. On a positive note, the food itself was very well prepared and enjoyable.

The other day after work, I stopped by Brickhouse for dinner and had a really great experience, the atmosphere was calm and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I ordered the fettuccine with grilled chicken and it was delicious, the chicken was tender and juicy, and the portion was very generous. The food arrived hot and right on time. I also had a peach seltzer, which was super refreshing and was recommended by my server, Bodi. For dessert, I ordered the peanut butter pie, and it was absolutely delicious.
I truly appreciate my server Bodi for all his suggestions and for providing excellent service, he was always friendly, attentive, and willing to listen and make sure everything was perfect. I would come back a thousand times, overall, it was a great experience that I’d love to repeat. Congratulations as well to the kitchen staff for preparing such delicious food so quickly.

I went with my family last week and had a really great experience. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well made. I started with the tomato soup, which was warm, comforting, and delicious. For my main dish, I had the fettuccine with grilled chicken it was perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. I also had a the tomato soup, very tasty. For dessert, we shared the New York cheesecake with caramel, and it was amazing, the perfect sweet finish. Our server, Bodi, truly stood out. He was friendly, attentive, and always made sure we were taken care of. His recommendations were great, and his service really made the experience memorable. Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful overall experience.
