Great place for lunch on our way home to Montana. Couldn’t choose so we shared the firecracker shrimp, spinach salad and brickhouse bowl. Super glad we did! Filling, absolutely delicious, and not super expensive. Also the BEST Bloody Mary on our whole trip from MT>NM>CO. Seemed like a great place to chill on a Sunday afternoon ☀️☀️☀️
Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. I needed some good food after driving up to Granby from Colorado Springs and hitting I70 switchbacks in whiteout conditions. Searching through Granby restaurants open late, I found Brickhouse 40 and figured I'd give it a shot. I ordered the firecracker shrimp as an appetizer and it was cooked perfectly with a sauce that had just enough kick. The burger was also cooked perfectly and was clearly very high quality beef.
