Nice feel to the resort with lovely views of the mountains from your room. The goof course is close for those who love to play, and there is a pool for the kids. It's family-friendly and a great place to escape for a little while. It's close to a grocery store and not far from local town attractions or the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains.

The course is amazing. Between the views and the conditions it was beyond impressive. The staff was superb. The young lady in the club house was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this course. The most impressive thing is the conditions considering the weather they must face most of the year.

Excellent golf club. We had so much fun golfing for two days. Nature is so beautiful. Course staff very friendly. You can rent clubs and enjoy game without place being overcrowded.As soon as you pull on the parking lot, guys bringing you cart and loading with waters and ice. Carts with navigation system is making it so easy to orienting on the course.The best place! The best vacation ever!

This place is amazing! We had many items off of the menu and each and every one was amazing! We flew in from Florida for a ski trip and we're absolutely floored by the meals that we were served. 10 out of 10. Service was exceptional as well as the appetizers and main dishes. Cannot say enough good things about this place the atmosphere, service, food and drinks... all stellar.

Food was good, not great - just good and service was excellent. Leaving 3 stars for the price, it's wayyy overpriced in my opinion. Family of 5 - we had 2 glasses of wine, 3 appetizers - wings, chips/queso and wife wasn't hungry and only had the Aioli bites as her meal. My daughter had the Chicken Caesar salad and I had the Ahi Tuna which was the only entree ordered. (See picture) My two boys had the kids meal octo max n cheese which was just a hot dog cut like an octopus with Mac n cheese. It was cute. Add 2 small cups of French onion soup (see picture) So recap - 1 entree was ordered, a salad, 3 appetizers. 2 kids meals and 2 cups of soup. 2 cups of basic wine. Bill was almost $180 and that's not including tip. So was it worth it, absolutely not and I'm not a cheap person.
I ordered a steak on 1 October 2023. It was real hard to chew it. You would think the place would take the price of the steak off my bill. Nope! Getting my steak right should not of been that hard.Spity

I’ve been a member at this Golf Course since 2007. Moral of the story, we were scammed out of $30K plus by fraudulent activity associated with the golf course. Mike is the pro that treats everyone like he is better than them, even though at age 29 I’ve accomplished more in my pinky.I played at Pole Creek Golf Club in Winter Park yesterday and realized how garbage Grand Elk is. Overpriced and the members treat everyone like it’s a private golf course. I won’t be wasting my money at Grand Elk every again. You can find our house on hole 8! Oh, and buying a home, the HOA will mess the accounting up somehow lol. Got some real winners working at Grand Elk.Good luck, Grand Elk! Sorry not sorry for the honest feedback.Kayle J. Palmer

One of the highlights of our trip! Country-club level service on a public course, and probably the most bang for my buck that I’ve had golfing.We were greeted immediately pulling into the parking lot by a couple caddies that delivered our carts, loaded our clubs for us, and packed a cooler with water. The pro shop staff was also very laid back and helpful.The range was beautiful. The balls provided were good quality, and organized and ready-to-go when we pulled in.The course was in great shape, and was so unique in its style of play. The front 9 has a completely different layout and approach from the back 9. It was challenging, and no 2 holes were alike. The scenery was superb and breathtaking the entire time. Very good course, very good staff, and a very good time.
