Enjoyed a wonderful Thursday evening at the Apothecary with great music by Jazz Anomaly and a delicious dinner. We had the chicken a la plancho, an applewood burger and prime rib tacos and all were delicious. We will be back!

Cocktails and food was good. We were the only customers. Who decorated this place?

Don't Go Here. You Can Ignore This But You'll Wish You Didn't!Take if from someone who is in Granby all the time and has been coming to Granby for more than 40 years.I don't write stuff unless I absolutely have to. Don't come here! If you do you are wasting a lot of money and you will wish you would have listened to me.Our waitress took 25 minutes to bring us water and there was only us and one other table, when she did she just set the pitcher down and left. Then it took another 10 minutes to take our drink order and when I asked for Pinot Grigio she said what's that. I said that's wine. From time of ordering our food until it came out and mind you there was only us and one other table in this whole place it took an hour. I had to walk up to the bar to get drinks refilled and when I did no one was at the bar and then all of a sudden our waitress popped up and said oh sorry. The lady sitting at the bar who clearly lives here says please don't write anything and I said this is the absolute worst service and food I have ever had in my 40 years of coming up here.I ordered the Cuban sandwich which had half a plate of bones I spit out on it.When I talked to the waitress and the so called manager they did absolutely nothing and blamed Karen the owner. Here's the deal! I warned you and if you go here I can guarantee you will think back to this honest review and say why didn't I listen to him.

If this is who Karen is employing then I want nothing to do with her or her businesses and folks she owns the El Pacifico Mexican Restaurant too.

Eclectic atmosphere and excellent food. The churrasco with rice, beans, and plantains was delicious. The service was prompt and very warm. Would certainly come back!

We enjoyed a nice meal with our large party of 9 (including 5 kids). There was a nice variety on the menu and quick and friendly service. The Cuban inspired dishes were yummy! Thanks!

We enjoyed our meal. We sat by the fireplace and enjoyed their 16oz ribeye and a Cuban chicken dish that had plantains. Both were excellent. Interesting flavors and seasonings. We'll be back.

As a filmmaker I have filmed and visited more than 300 Colorado restaurants; this has got the be the worst and I didn’t even try the food because it never arrived. The staff are uninspired, unfriendly and even with an empty restaurant it took 30 minutes to not get our drinks. When we gave up and left we were told to fk off. For once in my life I hope these people go out of business. Terrible.

One of the best meals I've ever had. I am so glad I didn't check reviews first because I do avoid restaurants with lower ratings. Well if I had, I would have never had the ultimate pleasure of trying the Churrasco \\\"20. This skirt steak with chimichurri, black beans and plantains, was incredible! The steak was perfectly rare on the inside, the beans were perfect consistency and flavor and the plantains, don't even get me started. I'm not normally a fan of planting but these were so well prepared. Not soft, not hard, but just right! Lastly I ordered the drink, SOTB and it tasted like Hawaiian punch, very good! The service was great and the food was out of this world. Ignore the other reviews and come in and grab this steak. Plan on sharing the 20\\\" Churrasco, there's so much, or taking half in a doggy bag... unless you order the Baby Churrasco like a crazy person. ?

Excellent service, so many choices! Fabulous local find. The fried plantains were delicious. Nice spaghetti with meatballs and fabulous potatoes with the filet. Yum!

Took my partner here with the exceptation that we would have a romantic upscale albeit mountain dining experience. First I need to mention - the service from our waitress was pretty good. Beyond that, it was all terrible. I ordered the ribeye steak that came out completely butchered two times. To the point where I just gave up and gave them a chance on executing on mozzarella sticks and coconut shrimp which clearly came from a frozen box from the grocery store. There was nothing authentic about what these folks presented from the start and they had the audacity to change 5 star restaurant prices for their 1 star performance in the kitchen and management performance. I live here and I’ll never put my money towards this well below lack luster establishment. I feel completely taken by them. Almost to fraud levels.

This was simply an over rated meal experience that under delivered.Flavorless fries, over sweeted drinks, and mozzarella sticks that came off a Swan’s truck (I, as a cheese lover, didn’t eat them). This place is trying to make bank off over priced mountain food for serving 3rd grade cafeteria quality. DO NOT GO. Drive into town.My partner tonight ordered the ribeye- and was served an over cooked t-bone instead. Fail beyond fail.Buy the dry martini- but leave everything else. Beyond disappointed.
