Drove 25 minutes to try the subs since we’ve heard such good things. Arrived and they said they couldn’t even start making any subs for at least 30 minutes. It looked like they hadn’t baked any bread in anticipation of opening. We couldn’t wait that long and are disappointed in the service. We’ve been wanting to try it for a while but won’t be going back any time soon.

The attention to details was immense. This is a craft restaurant. The housemade blue cheese dressing was a happy surprise. Rarely do i give any pizza place 5 stars. Lina's is a gem.

Ordered one large cheese pizza for takeout. I was told a 55 min wait. Got there 10 min early, and the pizza seemed like it was done a long time ago. A nice size pizza, but definitely not enough cheese. The crust was also burnt which made for a rough experience. Pretty decent flavor otherwise. Essentially we ended up grabbing some burgers from Debbie's Diner afterwards.

This is the best food in Granby. I love the pizza, I love the calzones, I love the salads, I love any lunch special. The staff is friendly and hard working.
Best sandwich you can get by far. Also love the wings and pizza. Great shop. Worth every penny.

We have heard that this is a great place for great pizza. We checked the website, called the number listed in their website, then made the trip to Granby with hopes of enjoying their food. Despite the hours given on their website, the message on their phone, and the hours listed on their door, they were closed. Very disappointed.

My wife is from New York and I'm from Boston. This is mediocre at best pizza. The crust is so hard it cuts the roof of mouth. From the pictures you can clearly see how over done (burnt) the crust is. The quality of ingredients is good, they had good flavor. However when you order fresh mozzarella cheese and you are replacing shredded cheese it should cover the majority of the pizza. Fresh Mozzarella is white and even coming out of the oven it's still white. Not really sure how they can claim fresh Mozzarella. Presentation is awful. There's no care to what it looks like and they just threw the Basil on. For 25.00 for a large I expect more. Even Domino's loads up cheese more than this and it's not even close on price. $1.00 for a tiny cup of ranch is a money grab, it should be included and they have a tip jar to boot.
They should get a pizza from Elevation Pizza in Fraser to see and taste how it should be done.

I was so surprised by the quality of the pizza we received at Linas. We saw the small restaurant on the side of the road on our way out to Grand Lake and had to try it out. The pizza was cooked perfectly. Light and crispy crust, with great tasting ingredients. I wish I could go back sooner.
