Wow, what a great find for a coffee purest! The glass containers brought me back to my hippie days in college and reminded me of how simple a change can be to stop the use of plastic/paper coffee cups. Going to use my glass container as my new coffee mug! Although I drink good ol' fashioned black coffee, my wife said the latte was one of the best she had ever had. The GF muffins were also very yummy. Highly recommend this place for people that don't drink Starbucks...

If you like exceptional coffee with quality, in-house flavors, and friendly personal service, this is the place!! I got the lavender latte and my husband ordered the rosemary orange latte. They were both delicious! We went back a few hours later to try their other flavors and loved them all. This place will not disappoint. So glad to find such a gem!

What a great coffee shop. Dying for a good cup before hitting Rocky Mountain National Park, we swung by. Sure glad we did. The flower and spice latte was hands down the best late I've had in years. We're already thinking of our next trip to Granby, and Simple Coffee will be on our list!

Would give 10 stars if I could. Not only was the coffee delicious, but both times I went (two mornings in a row), the baristas were so friendly and welcoming. I got a floral coffee one day and a blueberry basil the next. I also got a blueberry scone and it was just fantastic. Like many others mentioned, they use glass jars as their to-go cups in order to cut down on waste, and if you bring it back, you'll get a discount on your next drink. I live 15 hours away :/ otherwise I'd be there all the time.

I went there on the way to the Rocky Mountains NP. The coffee is freshly ground and it tastes amazing! You get it in a small little pot :) the service was very nice as well! I highly recommend this place - you can sit outside and enjoy your coffee!

If you’re in the area, you have to stop at this shop. The coffee is incredible, syrups made in house and to go orders in glass jars. The service was great and everyone was so kind. Do not hesitate to stop at Simple Coffee Co!
