The service is always slow. I just left the drive through for lunch. I'm missing my nuggets my burger wasn't made to my order and my chicken sandwich looks like it was put in a press. Let me guess. The employees think they deserve 20$ an hour. 🙄

Breakfast took over 30 mins after ordering to get through their touchscreen service. Absolutely no personal interaction. The food was cold after waiting for over 30 mins. The flavored coffee we ordered was gross and had absolutely no flavoring added. Overall a terrible experience and won't be back to this store.

On the trip to our cabin in Grand lake we've learned to stop at the Winter Park McDonald's instead of this one because there's always problems here. Cold fries slow service, etc. I haven't been here for years but decided to stop anyway on our way out of town today. Same thing, cold fries poor service etc. it really hurts to leave a bad review in this town since I love it so much.

Really nasty restaurant. I ordered a meal and a frappe earlier today, and my lips swelled, I started getting a sore throat and now I'm developing a cold. So nasty. I know my meal was tampered with, 2 Hispanic girls were working at the windows, I have no idea who actually cooked the meal, but I strongly believe my order was tampered with.
