It's very hit and miss with this one. They have their umteenth new crew and they have no motivation. Don't order ahead expecting your drink to be done in time. It was faster to go in and order last time. I oredered online and got my drink I ordered at the counter faster, as well as 3 other customers before my online order was even started. They will stand there and stare at you while slowly stocking. The drinks taste different every time. They don't taste like soap anymore which is a bonus!

Olivia was the only one making drinks while 2 others (Stacy, and a lady with red hair) chatted like they had not a thing to do. Stacy may need a customer service course while talking with her co-workers and customers, because giving unsolicited advice about being a tourist/visitor was not appreciated. Being that I'm from Hawai'i, I have a lot of experience with tourists, and what she said was very rude. Olivia made my coffee excellent, thank you for the...experience.

This starbucks is ridiculously slow, waited a half an hour in line got up to the counter to not even be acknowledged. I understand being busy but at least acknowledge the people in line. I suggest going to the starbicks in Fraser much better customer service then at the granby loction.

This morning we ordered 2 venti drinks and got 2 grande when we let her know she said she had got them as grande and then she was rude to say “everything has gone up” when she’s working with the other girls she’s nice but when she’s alone she’s always so rude and moody. (The older lady)

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Only 1 batista on a busy holiday. Waited in line over 30 minutes. They take phone orders when they come in, while making customers in store wait. BAD MANAGEMENT.

The remodel looks nice, but that is about it. Not a good experience. The batista barely acknowledged my presence, plopped my incorrect order on the counter and said nothing. Wasn't even a busy day. Probably won't go there again.
Very dirty and run down looking store. But even worse is the service. This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I've ever been to, where 3 people ahead of you mean a 20 minute wait before you even get to order. The baristas will talk to people instead of making drinks.But even worse than all that, one of the baristas yelled at a customer because he didn't speak English. Absolutely disgusting and racist. Don't ever come to this Starbucks if you can help it.

I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at Starbucks inside grocery stores, but this tops them all. The lady was super rude and beyond unprofessional. She was talking to her friend that was there, which took forever and then literally was on a phone call while making my drink!! If you’re passing through Granby, save yourself the time and go to a drive through store!
