Sorry to say this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a protein bowl and they didn’t add the cheese. This time I didn’t get the spinach either and it was half the size it should’ve been and the kicker is this bowl costs more than a foot long sub! Never again😔

Had a break from painting lines on US 40 , decided to hit up the local Subway. Staff built one hell of a sandwich, probably the best subway club I've ever had. Staff and the owner and I all had a friendly chat, and was a high point of my day. Go visit these folks if you're looking for a great sandwich and some interesting conversation. Subway Granby, thank you guys! I'll be back to see ya soon. Five stars all the way

This locations always has rude and unprofessional employees. I had to ask the employee to please move her hair so it did not get in my sandwich. The bread is always stale and veggies always wilted.

Typically I absolutely ADORE this subway out of most I have visit. Today, Aug 10 2025, there was an awful rude employee who treated my daughter and I like garbage.. I will not spend that much money on basic sandwiches to get treatment like that.

Does this place have an owner or a manager? They should know the absolute state of this place. When we first arrived all the tables were covered with crumbs and filth, and the trash cans were overflowing. There was a teenage girl employee with her hair undone sitting on the counter eating and taking selfies and making faces. On the plus side the guy that did help us and made our sandwiches seems competent and friendly.

Unfortunately, I had to walk out after witnessing both the young lady and the gentleman behind the counter showing a clear lack of understanding when it comes to food safety. What really concerned me was watching the young lady handle food, then cash, and then go right back to handling food without changing gloves or washing her hands.
With so few food options in the area, it’s disappointing to say I’d rather go hungry until the next town than risk eating food that’s been repeatedly cross-contaminated. I hope this can be taken seriously and used as a training opportunity — getting the staff ServSafe certified would be a great start. Experience on Saturday, May 24 at 12:25pm

Wish I could post the video on here went in at 10:20 on Friday may 16th and the only worker in the place was passed out at a table I had to kick him to wake him up he was so delusional from whatever drug he was on he couldn’t even tell me why he was there … and yes I have video of this

The women bathroom, is dirty very gross. I think the owner should hire housekeeper people, if they employees don't like to clean it . But please . Because the bathroom was Nasty I almost vomit 🤢

Got no service, kid standing in the kitchen just ignored me for 5 minutes and never even looked at me. Said hello twice just ignored. So I left not even sure he noticed that, just staring blankly into the kitchen doing nothing. Also how do I give this place 0 stars cause it doesn't deserve 1
