Unfortunately, I had to walk out after witnessing both the young lady and the gentleman behind the counter showing a clear lack of understanding when it comes to food safety. What really concerned me was watching the young lady handle food, then cash, and then go right back to handling food without changing gloves or washing her hands.
With so few food options in the area, it’s disappointing to say I’d rather go hungry until the next town than risk eating food that’s been repeatedly cross-contaminated. I hope this can be taken seriously and used as a training opportunity — getting the staff ServSafe certified would be a great start. Experience on Saturday, May 24 at 12:25pm

Wish I could post the video on here went in at 10:20 on Friday may 16th and the only worker in the place was passed out at a table I had to kick him to wake him up he was so delusional from whatever drug he was on he couldn’t even tell me why he was there … and yes I have video of this

The women bathroom, is dirty very gross. I think the owner should hire housekeeper people, if they employees don't like to clean it . But please . Because the bathroom was Nasty I almost vomit 🤢

Got no service, kid standing in the kitchen just ignored me for 5 minutes and never even looked at me. Said hello twice just ignored. So I left not even sure he noticed that, just staring blankly into the kitchen doing nothing. Also how do I give this place 0 stars cause it doesn't deserve 1

Typical Subway menu, food is fresh. Customer service is fair, doesn't participate in Subway promotions. Lost 2 stars due to owner's attitude.

As a Subway employee, this was a well-run and overall great location. All 3 employees on shift were friendly, polite, and made delicious sandwiches. Plus the old aesthetic was cozy on a dark winter day.

I walk in to Subway right at 5:00 PM, it's a slow evening so I am the only customer in the store. Both high school kids working were sitting or lying on the counter playing on their phones, their feet planted squarely on the food prep surface.
After standing there for a minute and being ignored, I turned around and walked out. This is the second time in the past month or so I have had a terrible experience at this particular subway!

Walked in 10 minutes before close and the guy said “come back tomorrow, I’ll hook you up” lol how about be open till your sign says you aren’t. As a business owner in this county I’d fire that guy for turning away money during business hours. What a joke.
Came in at 6:10, was told we can't eat in the dining room because they close at 7:00, the food at subway is always basic.. same here as anywhere.

I’ve been here several times and have never been impressed but just dealt with them since they’re the only sandwich shop in Granby. This time takes the cake, ordered online and paid for a ham & turkey with 50% more meat. Get home to find out it’s only a regular turkey with no extra meat. They can’t even follow their own online instructions. This place is not worth the money they’re charging whatsoever!

Poor. Ordered 2 subs. Asked for oil and vinegar on the. Bottle of oil was empty, but guy "pretends" to put it on the sandwich. When I ask if its empty he owns up and gets more. Other sandwich is a veggie with all veggies except black olives. They put 2 tiny pieces of onion, no tomatoes, and he outs black olives on it!! again pretends to put the oil on but the bottle is empty. Crappy service.

There was some goofy kid with a bad attitude, wearing sunglasses and making smart remarks while watching his coworkers work while he didn't do anything. I will say one thing, though. That dumb looking idiot trying to act cool gives away free drinks, so there's that.
