I ordered the Chile Relleno Plate. I chosed Hot. They did not disappoint. It was really spicy and delicious. They gave us a seat right away. Service was great. Good portion for the value. I recommend it.

I recently ordered a smothered burrito for take out from Albertoâs and when I had gotten home and eaten some of it I bit into a hard piece of plastic. I then continued to look through the burrito and found MULTIPLE big chunks of it throughout. When I called and asked for a refund the manager said that they have to get permission from âthe bossâ and that theyâd call me back the next day after taking my name and number. I waited and didnât get a call the next day so I called again and I got told the same exact thing. Never got a call the next day. I called for 7 days straight. 7!!!! I got told the same thing every single time and now they are refusing to give me a refund. Terrible service for real. Not only was my food ruined and a $20 burrito thrown right into the trash but it was also a huge choking hazard and who knows if they even went and checked all the rest of the food that day. Super disappointed. My family definitely wonât be returning and will be steering people to a better restaurant.

I am ordered a stuffed sopapailla with hot green chili and the chili was more mild than the salsa and salsa not very hot like I was. I hope the next time I come back the green chili is better much better. Our waiter was fantastic The rest of my family felt the same

Customer service absolutely horrible if they screw up the order from doordash. Kinda feels intentional especially when high dollar order
Servers are genuinely so weird and rude. I canât imagine being miserable and treating another like itâs their fault youâre a server. The new bar tender is also awful. I called to order for pickup and ended up wasting 25 minutes because the bartender sent my food with someone else.
