I have been trying to call in the morning for days to speak with the manager after being told that's the only time he's in. I luckily kept proof that when a certain employee is working he charges customers more than the correct total . I showed him my bank transaction for more than the receipts total and he ignored it. He's taking more than the receipt shows from each customer and at even just $5 per person that's a ton of money hes pocketing. It's not easily to get ahold of the manager to provide the proof to so I will be having it posted through other sources to make sure at least customers are aware .

Super disappointed! We ordered 2 fish burritos in the drive thru. Both burritos had cold fish borderline frozen, we had to come back to the restaurant to return them. Hoping we don’t get sick from the bite we both took. We asked for our money back, that is a pretty big mistake.

Great carne asada fries! Horchata is very sweet and tastes like condensed milk so take that into consideration if you order it. Some sauces were missing but we arrive almost at midnight.

Only come here late at night with my girlfriend because we work during the day almost always around 1-3 am. The website and the store have signs says drive thru open 24 hours but the last few times I’ve gone it was “closed” at different times through out the nights. We would wait in the drive thru and after like 10 minutes they would turn off the 24 hour sign. Sometimes at 1 am and others at 3 am. It’s never the same but always people inside working. Then once I went and it was closed then I went back a few hours later and it was open all the sudden

Ordered two Carine asada fries and two drinks. The fries were under cooked. Called they said they would redo the orders. Got to the restaurant and the guy gave a partial refund of my money. I said I wanted the orders remade. HE REFUSED TO TAKE THE MONEY OR REDO MY ORDERS!!! I've loved coming here for years but Ive never been treated like that as a paying customer.
