There was a hair in my partner's salad ? It's the 2nd time we've found a hair in the food. Let it go the first time, just quit eating the dish. This time is was a long black hair and we brought it to the server's attention. She was pretty unapologetic. The BBQ bacon burger had a *dot* of BBQ sauce. We got $8 off of our total, but considering the drinking glasses were dirty, and we had to ask another server for assistance (ours went missing for long stints) we weren't jazzed. We've been here a few times, but this was our last.

Pretty disappointed in the food. My server, Ray, was great.I ordered the mozzarella sticks and the quesadilla chicken salad. The mozzarella sticks weren’t that good. They were barely warm if at all, but I ate them and didn’t complain. The salad came out and underwhelmed. The quesadillas were cold. I only ate one of the 4 triangles. That was all I could stomach. The salad was missing several key ingredients. NO CHEESE, NO DRESSING and they broke up a bunch of stale salsa chips instead of the delicious tortilla strips it is supposed to have.When I told Ray about the chips and dressing, he brought me a cup of the dressing to pour on it and had the manager give me a 10% discount.I would’ve preferred to have a good salad, but atleast they tried.

I’m not going to go into the last visit at Applebees but it was a pretty crappy experience now that I think about it. It has been a while since I’ve been here and I now remember why. It was just as much of a nightmare food wise as it was tonight. The drinks and Mash potatoes were good though so I would recommend those’d. but the food on the other hand has just gone way downhill. Tonight My daughter ordered baby back ribs and they were burnt but the meat was raw. The fire must be too hot on the grill is my guess. My steak was so over cooked that is was dried out and tough. I asked for medium well and it was way beyond well. I ordered the Mac in cheese instead of the broccoli and that was an extra charge but there was no cheese in the Mac. The yummy white sauce that is usually there was non existent. So I asked for some and they brought me a cup of graded cheese. My friend ordered the bourbon street burger and they brought her an impossible burger. She told them it was wrong and hey walked in the kitchen and brought her out the same burger that they just tried to serve her, which we told them she wanted an actual burger. So we had to wait for her new burger again and we never were able to get a server back to the table to get ketchup for the fries. There was a snobby little gal walking around that wore glasses and we tried several times to get her attention but she ignored us like we weren’t even there. They did take my daughters ribs off the bill and discount the burger. So that was good. Our pretty long eye lashed waitress was helpful but she had so many tables she was taking care of I understand her not being able to be more attentive. It is just disappointing. The appetizer really wasn’t the best either. I used to love Applebees but it’s just far to expensive to not enjoy the food. Even after they discounted the burger and the removed the ribs is was still over $70I probably will not be back there again until they can hire a good cook. I wish Chili’s was open later I would not go to to Applebees anymore and I would definitely frequent The place across the street. Sorry to have to write a bad review but it totally sucked bad the last two time I have been here.

The pasta is really good and I seem to not be able to get enough although the portions are good size.
The service here is hard to talk about because everyone is really nice. HOWEVER... In the past three visits, things have just decayed. We were seated at a really dirty table. We had to get up from the table and ask for the stuff to clean it ourselves. The next time we went in, again... Everyone was really nice, but we were served our food and NOT given silverware. We had to wait for about 4 minutes AFTER our food was served to get the cutlery. Yesterday, we thought we'd try one more time: we were seated right away but after 13 minutes of no greeting, no drink order taken no pass by greeting from our server, we got up and left. It's too bad. We like the food but the service isn't getting any better.

As much as I love the pricing, I have had about 1 of every 7 steaks from here cooked correctly. If you like well-done, then they will get it perfect (I hope because otherwise it will be charred beyond recognition)! Great pricing, and they always have a friendly way staff. Also the after 9PM appetizers are a homerun!
