Great for when you’re on the run or simply want to have a good quick meal they offer dine in or drive-through. My kids love it from time to time. Staff is friendly and gets the job done.

Had the Angus Philly cheesesteak and it was horrible. Just a big sloppy mess, couldn’t distinguish the meat from the “cheese”. Virtually no peppers at all. We were asked to drive up and park so that we could get fresh potato cakes, but they were cold by the time we got home and we don’t live far, less than a couple of miles. I give 2 stars because the staff was friendly. Also, for two meals, and being asked if I wanted Arby sauce and not receiving it is a little annoying.

It really bothered me that just because my skin it’s brown, the cashier assumed i needed a translator to come verify that what i was ordering it was correct. Made me feel like an ignorant. I am a US citizen and not because I’m brown does not mean, I don’t speak english. She had no right to assume that. I became very upset at her. I felt discriminated. Please train employees to respect customers.

Pulled up to drive through. Waited about 2-3 minutes was not greeted. Said hello, did not get an answer. Decided it would be best to pull up to the window. There wasn’t anyone I could see behind and counter. I knocked and didn’t get anyone. I decided to leave the drive through and noticed one employee (only one I saw the whole visit) out in the lobby on her cell. She may have been on break but either way there wasn’t any customers in the restaurant or in drive through. I just wanted a few sandwiches! Got to do better Greeley.

Anyway, give the cook and the cashier a raise every hour.

Tomas helped us in the drive thru and it was one of the most pleasant experiences in a drive thru my boyfriend and I have had in quite some time. He's very polite, helped us save a few bucks by putting our order into a full meal instead of individual pieces, and suggested a sauce we've never tried that's super tasty. 10/10 will come visit Tomas again.
They have a holiday promotion that you get a free roast beef sandwich with any purchase. Scan the QR code sign in front of the store. Tried the gyro lamb sandwich. Mouth watering and filling with generous meat portions, authenticly soft & warm Greek flatbread taste like back in Queens NY. Roast beef Arby's sauce tastes like BBQ sauce but sweeter. No wait in line. Clean atmosphere with chairs or booths. Perfect for a date on a budget when you're really hungry. Ring the cowbell for good service to let the staff know you're happy because they care. Hmm they might even help my charity with a fundraiser. Cheers
Kid-friendliness: No alcohol here, so that's good. Skip the DUI for the holiday. Stay safe & warm. Try their cold bottled water or self serve fountain drinks. McDonald's took away self service fountain drinks which is no fun after eating salty food when you're thirsty but looking for value.
