Food was fantastic but service was a bit lacking. Not sure if this is common. Ended up waiting about 40 minutes for our food and had to request silverware.

Food was ok this time around. I usually boast about the ribs and chicken being super tender and moist. But this time around it was pretty dry. Other than that it wasn't too bad.

Only thing more underwhelming than the food was the customer service, I definitely will not be returning to this establishment

I had entered this evening with high hopes of our meal as our first experience here went quite well. However, I was severly disappointed to have horrible service by the waitress from being ignored when attempting to ask for silver ware, cause i had completely none when my food arrived; to my food arriving under cooked. I had purchased a 40$ new york strip steak an asked for it medium well, it instead came medium rare, with half the steak being fatty pieces that were unconsumable by me. The potatoes it came with were also cold. This place needs to do better.

Very underwhelming. My partner and I decided to stop in for dinner. We made it right at the end of happy hour so we order a couple items off the HH menu and an entrée to split.

We both got the blackberry smash cocktail. It was a little tart for my taste but overall good. We ordered the sweet potato fries and stake bites and tallow dish. The fries were decent. Overly salty but not enough to make them inedible. The stake bites and tallow were the exact opposite. While the steak and mashed potatoes had a decent texture, they were completely tasteless. We had to add a lot of salt to make it edible. Would not recommend.

For the entrée, we split the bison meatloaf. This dish at least had seasoning but the meatloaf was dry, mostly rice filler, and slathered in ketchup to hide the burned areas that were supposed to be grill marks. Not worth the almost $30 we paid for it.

Our server was awesome and the atmosphere was nice but it's unlikely we'll be back.

Always a good experience here. The food always taste amazing, and the service is always really good.

We had reservations for early Christmas Eve dinner for five. We had appetizers, their evening specials, drinks and dessert. We were told that one of the specials took quite a while to prepare so all the dinners would come at the same time. The food was excellent, our server was great BUT then we were told that our table had another reservation, even though there were empty tables around us that seated five. We had just finished dessert due to the food taking extra time to prepare. I have never been told basically to leave, this table is booked now for somebody else. I spoke with the manager and he could have cared less, didn't even apologize. We have supported this Greeley business BUT, it will be a long time before we go back.

We went at 4:30pm on Christmas Eve. They were out of salmon. We had called the evening before to inquire about a couple of special dietary questions. They did not tell us at that time that they would not have the salmon. That was a big disappointment due to some restrictions! Our baked potatoes were not hot.

The staff and restaurant management were great, but the food was substandard. I took my family out to lunch and almost felt like I needed to apologize for choosing to eat at Austin's. We received a discount due to one entree having mold on the bun, which was great, but all of the entrees were disappointing. I had eaten at another Austin's restaurant in the past and had a good experience, but this, unfortunately will be my last visit.
