The service here was horrible they turned the menu lights off 1 1/2 hours before it was closed and refused to turn them on and the lady was very rude about there being no ice cream for the root beer floats

They made too many rootbeer floats and instead of giving them to us as a hook up for their accident they just kept the extra 2. (I have a really honest 6 year old who let them know we already got 2) Then my husband had a hair in his chicken tender. None of the food service associates had hair nets on. The fries were over cooked and tasted stale. The table we sat at had a wiped down counter but the floors were disgusting. There was so many employees and 2 rounds of customers. Someone could have totally been cleaning. Hair nets while working with food should be mandatory thats disgusting 🫣

My husband and I came here after a long day at work walked in and it was packed. The staff was amazing and working their butts off. Even with the people asking when the food was ready they were so polite and attentive. The food was great,came out hot and quick. But the main kudos goes to the that hard working supper time staff at the till and the kitchen. We saw you and appreciated you!

When I ordered through the drive through, the boy didn't hear my food order, only the drink exception. It wasn't a big deal, I told him at the window and he was super sweet! He's a good kid. I think, the manager put my burger together, not sure. Someone in a black and white stripped short tossed my bag on the counter. When I got home, the burger was put together worse than I've ever seen and drenched in sauce. I didn't even finish it. Cheese curds are good and the root beer freeze was good, but... I don't think I'll be back again because I paid $16 for a meal where I had two bites of a burger, some cheese curds, and a shake. Do better guys. I was the only person in the drive through at this time and I saw one person at the counter inside. No reason to slap my stuff together.
Food was good loved the fries. The service was good and the only isue i had was a kid and their ipad being at max volume.

So horrible had to wait 15-20 minutes for 3 papa burger meals and instead of keeping the order together they gave one burger to the drive through and then the person working in the back was doing other orders and took forever just to finish my order I don’t think I will be here ever again. Also there was no one there when I ordered my food mind you
