The guy , Justin from behind the counter was very respectful when I let him know my granddaughter is highly allergic to nuts. He took 2 scoops to the back and washed them, skimmed off the top of the chocolate mint ice cream then served up my granddaughters ice cream! I’d highly recommend B&R

I went there just to get an ice cream cone for myself and a little cup of ice cream for my big dog. A bunch of kids working there that were extremely rude I asked him if I could have a half scoop of each flavor in my cone. They said no they can't do that even though I've had it done a million times at a million baskin-robbins. So I just got two children Scoops in a cone. They were extremely Snappy and rude they gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream for my dog I asked them to please cut it in half because I had ordered the children's portion but it was huge and I knew it would make him sick and there's no way I could divide it in my car. Tell me they couldn't do that. Basically they told me they could not remove half of it LOL I will never be going back to that location and they need to hire somebody with some personality even if their kids they don't need to be that rude. I looked at other reviews and I see I'm not the only one being treated that way I guess that's a good thing they weren't singling me out they treat everybody terribly

I just went in to get an icecream cake and the gentleman working seriously was the friendliest best customer service I have experienced in a very long time! Helped me dig through cakes to find my mom’s favorite flavor without me having to ask for help just gladly came over to help. Rang me up right away. His energy was absolutely contagious it made my day! Thank you for such great service/experience!

Well to start the kids working didn’t greet anyone upon entering. Second they weren’t friendly to us when we were trying to figure out what to get. I told them this is our first time in and they didn’t even stop to help us out at all. And thirdly I ordered some brownie thing and there wasn’t even brownie in it only thing brownie about it was the hot fudge and the two different scoops I chose. They didn’t explain anything to us at all so I am unhappy with the service they first and last time I will ever go there.

There were four people inside. We were there for a DoorDash order and they were acting completely stupid and blind and ignorant. when my husband was trying to get their attention. We were knocking and they kept on mopping like stupid mindless people. On the website it says 10pm. How the hell are we supposed to know on a DoorDash order. I feel so bad for the person that order the ice cream. So inhuman and they don’t know how to work when they clearly see us. What a joke of those 4 people and the ginger head kid getting annoyed with us and pointing on the winter hours, like we were stupid.

We came in for ice cream on a Wednesday night in the winter, but we had an amazing experience! Justin was so friendly and did a great job! Koby helped serve us and did am awesome job too! I would definitely recommend stopping by!
