Ordered at the drive through. The gentleman was very friendly. Got to the window said we were the first costumers of the day. We got a double scoop sundae. It was delicious. Great job guys!! ??

Girlfriend contracted food poisoning (most likely Listeria) due to unpasteurized milk. I also felt ill after a small cup of ice cream. It sent her to the hospital. Baskin Robbins is known for this and they don't do anything different. Don't go here for your ice cream or milkshakes...

We got a 2 scoop sundae but when we started eating it only a 1/3 of the bowl was filled with actual icecream, the rest was just whipped cream.

Cute place. Last night was my first time coming here. I appreciate that they have seating inside. The staff were all really nice. My only complaint is that two kids cones were eight dollars and the place was packed at 10 o'clock at night with really loud and obnoxious children.

They don't have a way of tracking orders in the drive thru so they always wait till I'm at the window to pay to ask me what I had ordered so they can finally start working on it. Not a huge inconvenience usually, however today they still got the order wrong so when I went inside to get the correct order the blonde girl gave me attitude and almost tries arguing with me before rudely grabbing it out of my hand. Then she made an announcement to the other staff asking if they want a milkshake before slamming it on the counter and went to make the correct size drink. Then she slides it on there counter and walks away without telling me a word. They weren't even super busy. I usually go 2-3 times a week, but I refuse to go back.

i ordered a door dash order at 8:30 and they stop accepting orders at 9. Employees told dasher they don’t accept orders when it get “Too close for them”. it’s 30 minutes guys. My wife and i are sick and just wanted some ice cream. This is probably one of the easiest and mind numbing jobs and they still can’t do it right.
I have had multiple incidents where I order from DoorDash between an hour and 45 minutes of closing time and this restaurant cancels my order every single time. It’s usually just a double scoop or 2 which would take all of a minute to process. If the workers are just lazy then remove yourself from DoorDash. I am also filing a complaint with DD

Ordered a log cake for daughter's birthday. A very friendly staff member helped us order it, which was super easy. Also they were super friendly when we picked up the cake. This was our first ice cream cake from them and was super impressed on how fresh and light the cake actually was. Ice cream was wonderful as well. Best ice cream cake we have ever had. Not to mention the cake (log) was decorated even better than we could have imagined it turning out. Will be ordering all our cakes from here from now on.

Ordered thru doordash 1 triple dip ice cream and a banana split. Well when I got it my triple dip was half full looked like two half scoops and missing a scoop of icecream tons of strawberry's that were not requested!!! The banana split didn't have pineapple on it as requested and missing the third scoop of icecream wasn't there!! Won't go back not paying alot of money for something there not providing

They need to invest time and effort in really training their employees. I asked for a large chocolate malt hoping to get a deep chocolate experience with a thick texture. It tasted and felt like a watery chocolate milk. They really ruin the experience of wanting to have a classic American malt. Worst Baskin-Robbins ever.
