My nephew was really looking forward to the cupcakes after seeing the pictures. Both the cupcake and almond pastry we got tasted stale and old. Will definitely not be coming here again.

Khristen, Cat, and everyone at Jerri J's saved the day for my wedding. We lost our baker 18 days before the wedding. I reached out to them for help and they jumped in immediately. They made a delicious 2 tier cake and 90 cupcakes for us! They were pleasant to deal with, made the process very easy to maneuver, and were very reasonable in price. They actually ended up being cheaper than the previous baker we had which was a nice surprise, seeing as they are the premier bakery in Greeley. Thank you all for everything!!

This place is an insult. I went to buy some cupcakes this afternoon. As soon as my coworker and I walk in we were terribly greeted by an employee from the back. She comes out and says " I'm sorry we are closed, we are only accepting consultations." Consultations for what? There is no sign on the door, the doors are wide open. Just a word of advice, if you are closed for mickey mouse consultations, then at least put up a sign and stop wasting peoples time by letting them walk in, only to turn them away. I won't be coming back. I'm going to king soopers for cupcakes.

Honestly, this is the 2nd visit since it used to be 'Batter Up' and both were disappointing. Used to LOVE this place...now the selection is low, the cakes are dry (like SUPER DRY) and the frosting is just okay. Seriously...moisture is your friend, try to get where Batter Up was. These are maybe Safeway quality at best...definitely not worth $3 each.I probably wouldn't try em again. Too many other options.

We stopped in today for a special treat, this is usually one of our favorite spots. This time the cupcakes were barely edible, especially the gluten free. They were so dry that we couldn't even lift them to take a bite without them falling apart everywhere and the flavor was really not good. I'm so sad because we've never had anything from here that wasn't amazing before.

something has changed and not for the better. Cupcakes used to come out of the case right in front of you because they were baked just a few hours before and now they go somewhere in the back and grab them and it takes a while. It wasn’t such a big deal however the texture and taste were well below expectations. The cupcakes were dry and bland. The signature flavors from before the owner switch missed the mark and there was not as much filling in the flavors that have filling. For the price I am willing to pay for Batter Ups cupcakes but not for this new Jerry Js. I hope they fix this otherwise I won’t be back.

Ordered cupcakes from the former Batter Up Cakes and our wedding cake in September of 2019. Let's just say there weren't many leftovers!!! People raved about the cupcakes and my husband and I couldn't wait to dig into our wedding cake! Highly recommend if you want the best cake/cupcakes for your special event!

I dont know if it's because they are under new management but the cake we ordered wasn't moist and was rather dry and kind of like a dried up sponge. Disappointed. It was beautifully decorated but just wasn't worth it.

This place made cakes for my wedding and they turned out better than I could imagine!! Not to mention the customer service is some of the best I’ve ever had. My wedding was in June, and sometime in April Jerri called me to check in on us. Took the time out of her day to reassure me that they were still going to make them for us when it seemed like everything else was falling apart because of Covid. I will never forget how happy that made me feel during all of the chaos. We got peaches and cream and a strawberry cake and they were both to die for!! Thank you so much for everything, I will be back! :)
