Ordered a pizza off DD and a hour and a half later it said delivered, but I never received it. At least DoorDash instantly gave me my money back since you guys tried to blatantly steal from me. You’ve delivered at my address before so it wasn’t like that was the issue. Just don’t accept the order next time if you’re not gonna fulfill it ffs.

Blackjack used to be far the best pizza in town. It has gone way downhill. The employees couldn't care less, the food is borderline ineditable, and waits take forever. I got a deep dish pizza. It was totally dry, overcooked, and half of each piece was just bread.

I’m sad to even write this, and if the delivery driver that was working tonight sees this, you are so nice and have amazing customer service. The food- different story. Blackjack has been our favorite since we moved here two years ago. We had a bad experience 2 months ago and have ordered twice now to let them have a chance to redeem. Paid extra for normal amount of toppings and for extra cheese, the pizza has barely of either on it. Just so annoying to have good consistency and now it’s just terrible honestly. Besides their driver, he’s awesome!

The people are friendly and all. But, I’ve been having issues with this location for a while. When we get a two topping anything, there is a huge amount of pepperoni, and barely a couple pieces of jalapeño (for example) every time. So I end up paying extra just for a normal amount of the second topping. Last night our pizza finally arrived after over an hour, and it was cold. We had to microwave our food that had just been delivered. Black Jack is our go to but we will be using a different location going forward.

I have been getting pizza from this store for many years now and I have always had a good experience with the customer service and the food quality but I just got to medium pepperoni pizzas delivered to my home and the driver was by far the most friendly person I have interacted with and the food to night was by the best tasting I have had from this store I don't know who was making them tonight but the did one hell of a job 10 Star ratings all round

We always have a hard time with this Blackjack location messing up our orders, missing things or giving us someone else's food labeled with their personal information. Tonight they messed up again and didn't add chicken to our pizza and salad as you can see in the picture. But on top of that the delivery driver, Elly, demanded we pay her 20% tip or not order food again. I was about to tip her cash until she did this. Trust me I won't be ordering here again. It is hard to tip well with the bad attitude and service we get from this location.

November 23rd, we ordered 3 pizzas & breadsticks around 10 pm, after a great Elvis tribute concert at UCCC. We picked up the food at the 16th Street store, got home, and started eating our Jackpot, Hawaiian & Pepperoni pizzas. It was the absolute best pizza we've had in years! My family has bought pizzas from this location since the late 80s and have NEVER been disappointed.

On top of that charged my debit card a different price than quoted and what was on the box!. Pathetic customer service. Will NEVER order there again. And you shouldn't either! Will be reaching out to corporate. BS!
