This place has seriously gone downhill the past few years. They just messed up my carryout order again and told me to bring it back to the store as if I don't live 20 minutes away. They also forgot my plates and I don't have any because I'm in the process of moving across the country. Don't bother with this location anymore.

My last two deliveries have sucked The first guy forgot my soda and had to go back the second time She said she knocked. I did not hear it. She put the pizza on the ground outside my from door Had to go back to the store to get my sodas came back knocked again gave me my sodas and my pizza there were ants in my pizza. Why would she have not just taken the pizza with her because she had to come back regardless I called made a complaint said that I was going to get a refund. I was only refunded half of my amount.

Ordered at 6:30 and it’s now 8:55pm and haven’t received my pizza. They called me at 8 that the driver left and didn’t take my pizza and they would remake it and get it to me asap. It’s been now well over and hour and still no pizza. Horrible customer service.

Ordered a pizza off DD and a hour and a half later it said delivered, but I never received it. At least DoorDash instantly gave me my money back since you guys tried to blatantly steal from me. You’ve delivered at my address before so it wasn’t like that was the issue. Just don’t accept the order next time if you’re not gonna fulfill it ffs.

Blackjack used to be far the best pizza in town. It has gone way downhill. The employees couldn't care less, the food is borderline ineditable, and waits take forever. I got a deep dish pizza. It was totally dry, overcooked, and half of each piece was just bread.
