Was downtown today and decided to get something cold and refreshing to drink. Tightknit Brewing Company had exactly what the doctor ordered. A beautiful day drew me outside on their patio. I enjoyed it every much, might have had a second one if the outside area had some more comforable seating, like a patio chairs, it would make it more inviting for sure. Maybe some cool propane heater tables for these upcoming days.
Great beer that stays true to its style. Great bar and service. If you are looking for the best beer and bring friends stop in. If you are a business buy their beer and put it on your draft system!
Attended their first "knithouse session" for a behind-the-scenes peek at their brewhouse and some fun education about lagers. What an awesome experience! This small team made us feel so welcome and they are making some really excellent beers. We particularly enjoyed Origami Tiger rice lager with seaweed and sabro hops and Barb's Lipstick fruited sour as well as the lager tastings from their tanks. You could definitely feel the passion TightKnit has for their craft....
