We go to this location exclusively just for Madi. We have gone to other locations and it has been bad. Every time we come to visit our kids we come here. Madi remembers us and our orders! She is fun, positive, and the service is excellent. She is the reason we keep coming back.

Ordered take out wings and it was well done and a little extra wet. PERFECT. Waited at the bar and the bartender was a lovely professional woman. Only thing was this store is understaffed, no reflection on the employees. They were busting their butts.

Me and my family came from a long trip, we were starving. So we booked a seven seat table, the food took FOREVER almost an hour. Our waitress was a s weetheart wish I could've gotten her name, great customer service thus why I put two stars. Then our food finally came, EVERY DISH WAS COLD even the fries.Our waitress ologized and took them away, we waited again and it counted for an hour without our food. We came at elevenish and left around one in the morning.

Our family came to celebrate my Grandads Birthday, it wasn't busy in the restaurant but it took almost an hour for service. We checked with our waitress about having chicken dippers and was told yes order them. Some time had gone by to be told no chicken dippers. My mom - brother and I had ordered them. How can they be out of chicken. Ordered wedges to get fries, yes they are in the same family but not what the three of us ordered. The service and the lack of care by management has me saying I won't be back.

First off, let me say this place has gone downhill over the years. The customer service is good but the quality control sucks. Missing food in to go orders, i.e. ordering 20 wings and missing 6 of those wings. Can the cooks count? Mgmt seems bothered when you bring these these types of things to their attention. I'll definitely drive the 10 minutes to Loveland rather than give Greeley my business anymore. Take pride in your business and treat paying customers with respect instead of just another number added to your bottom line. Pathetic.
