I used to come into this location in the mornings. I had to quit going there because it was awful from the waiting time to the terrible food. Recently I went back out of convenience and I met the new woman who works in the mornings named edith. She has completely turned the mornings around. You don't sit waiting at the box for 10 minutes and She gives the absolute best customer service. Most importantly the food is fresh every time I go there. Edith works hard and it shows in the improvements

I have been to this Burger King three times this month and all three times the food is subpar and the service is even worse. I was left in drive thru to order for 4 minutes before I decided to come in only to find the lady working the window to be on her phone texting. I stood at the counter another 4-5 minutes before she took my order. She was rude and not very welcoming. I absolutely will not be coming to this location ever again to give them my money. Please do a better job with the people u have in charge of your restaurants.

Went to go pick up dinner sat in the drive-through for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me. No one was there so I don’t understand what took so long. The total on the screen was $24 I get to the window and it’s $29. I wasn’t given a receipt. There are flies all over by the drive-through. Yes there’s a lot of flies out but is there anybody trying to clean. Paying $30 for two value meals and then such poor service just save my money and cook at home

I give this store a -1. Customer service was HORRIBLE!! Sassy Drive-Thru cashier cut me off more than once. Was rude and the manager was walking around outside the front of the store taking a loud personal phone call. We were missing our sundae pies and they told us when we went in they finally told us they sold out. They wouldn't refund us and acted like we were in the wrong!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Store was dirty my shoes were sticking to the floor. Also they were playing Christmas music from the 50s very weird for the middle of August. The food wasn't good and it was like being in the twilight zone
