This is the nastiest BK I've ever been to. I've been through several times, giving them 'one more chance', and today was my last time. I have not once had food from this place that had not obviously been sitting on the warmer for hours on end. The burger patties are always dry, the buns are hard, and the fries are cold. Today I ordered a Whopper with no pickles, and it literally had 6 pickles on it. And it was cold. I literally don't know how this location has not been shut down by the State.

1:30 p.m, no cars and took FOREVER. Got home with a bacon melt. The bread wasn't toasted or anything and there might be one piece of bacon on it. Onion rings are old and burnt. HORRIBLE.

Worst service ever the order taker was so high, and the manager was very unprofessional talking about me the customer if I don't know how to read the app. As a matter of fact how you gonna advertise a 4 person bundle for 30 dollars on the app but not acknowledge it at the store. So once again one more reason why I choose to not eat here.

I ordered three burgers, three medium fries, three medium drinks, and a medium onion ring on my way out of town. When I got home, I checked and found they missed giving us one of the fries and the onion rings. I tried calling and the phone just rings constantly before again me for an access code then it hangs up. I tried to get this corrected online and the web for then wing help because they did not give my a receipt. Always good when you have no easy to contact a place so they can avoid fixing their own mistakes. They owe me money. It's not much but it is still a problem.

Never turns on outdoor lights/parking lot lights after dark at this location, trying to deter customers i guess? Last 5 trips they have been off, we ask each time and are told they forgot.... Times ive gone are anywhere between 5pm to 9pm.

Woah terrible today 2 people working had to wait a long time to even order, then waited at window for long time, order was wrong fries were cold, chicken was way way over done. And inside was so dirty when I went in to get my order fixed. I almost was afraid to eat the food. Lady working was super sweet but totally overwhelmed. Burger King is gonna lose business this way for sure. I won't be back ever.

Very poor customer service, waited behind 1 car in drive through for about 15 minutes before parking and going inside, once inside the store was completely dead except for what seemed to be homeless loitering inside the building, it took them another 15 minutes to get my order of 2 whopper jr’s and 2 small fries, the lady at the front was more focused on hanging out with the people loitering then getting my order in a timely manner, worst Burger King in town!
