I walked into the restaurant and it was completely empty upon arriving at the counter and being seen by 2 workers I am left to just stand there without assistance for over 10 minutes in 98 degree weather. The inside of the restaurant was as hot as outside, and nobody asked to assist me. I ended up leaving and phoning in my concern to their manager, however he was uninterested and said to me so what I was in the backroom. An when I told him this was not good customer care he hung up on me. Do NOT TRUST these people to feed you.

I gave this place a 2 stars for a few reason. One, they got my order wrong, not just on one thing but on two itams.I wasn't the only one, I noticed a few other people scratching their heads as well. Two, their fries were cold and old tasting. Three, the staff seem not enjoy their job. Oh and the place had an odd smell. Overall, not the best experience.

I came to Burger King for breakfast one morning, and I ordered the 2 for 6! One of my sandwiches was made incorrectly, so I went up and one of the employees gave me the patty that it was missing to make it a double like it was supposed to be. Then, later he came to the table and gave me a whole new sandwich and said he didn’t feel right just giving me the patty and not fully remaking it. I love how he tried to make it right, and right from the moment I walked into the door, the service was excellent, and the food was fresh!

April 2025 update: thought that since this review was years in the past, the staff would be turned over and I could expect them to be open during business hours, but no... They still just show up whenever they feel like it.

This is the nastiest BK I've ever been to. I've been through several times, giving them 'one more chance', and today was my last time. I have not once had food from this place that had not obviously been sitting on the warmer for hours on end. The burger patties are always dry, the buns are hard, and the fries are cold. Today I ordered a Whopper with no pickles, and it literally had 6 pickles on it. And it was cold. I literally don't know how this location has not been shut down by the State.

1:30 p.m, no cars and took FOREVER. Got home with a bacon melt. The bread wasn't toasted or anything and there might be one piece of bacon on it. Onion rings are old and burnt. HORRIBLE.

Worst service ever the order taker was so high, and the manager was very unprofessional talking about me the customer if I don't know how to read the app. As a matter of fact how you gonna advertise a 4 person bundle for 30 dollars on the app but not acknowledge it at the store. So once again one more reason why I choose to not eat here.

I ordered three burgers, three medium fries, three medium drinks, and a medium onion ring on my way out of town. When I got home, I checked and found they missed giving us one of the fries and the onion rings. I tried calling and the phone just rings constantly before again me for an access code then it hangs up. I tried to get this corrected online and the web for then wing help because they did not give my a receipt. Always good when you have no easy to contact a place so they can avoid fixing their own mistakes. They owe me money. It's not much but it is still a problem.
