I am the new GM and I want to apologize to all who have posted negative reviews. I am working hard to correct and rectify all issues that everyone is reporting and working to make this store the way it was and should have always stayed. i hope everyone will work with me as i work all the kinks and issues out for a better brighter future

Said open at 6a.m. Went at 6:50 and didn’t get an answer through the drive thru. Tried to go into the lobby and doors were locked!! They had a bunch of sandwiches made but nobody was around. Reading reviews I can tell this is an ongoing issue. Very poor management I guess.

After dropping the kids at school I love coming in for a quiet breakfast. The coffee is just right for me and I am obsessed with the egg-normouse burritos and French toast sticks.

Was in the drive-thru no one said nothing when around no one in the window so I go inside the cashier was to busy in the phone lol this place sucks...

They open at 6 today. i was there by 6:20. Man inside was purposely ignoring me. i waited by the intercom for 5 mins and then went to the front window for another 5 mins. He was looking at me and never acknowledged me. Doors were locked and everything. He was a heavy set man in a grey shirt. This is NOT the first time this has happened either!! Burger King on 35th needs to hire staff that aren’t lazy and actually are there to work.

Soo, im not one to leave less than average reviews, but today I picked up a Whopper Meal. Upon getting my food from the drive-thru, I snatched a couple of fries from the bag, and I swear, they tasted like a Motel 6. They were so stale, not at all fresh. A bit disappointed, as I like BK fries over McD's. Whoever was workin the fry station obviously didnt follow protocol on food practices. Sad day. Whopper was good, as always.

Got breakfast at the drive thru about 9:00. Bacon tasted burnt, when i looked it was mostly all black and all but maybe two of my hash rounds were old, dry, icky to chew on. Yuck!
