Second time I've been to this location and the LAST time. Fries were cold and when I asked if I could get some fresh fries the lady who waited on me clearly was mad. She grabbed my fries off the counter and slung them into the trash as hard as she could. I waited at the counter over 5 minutes all while being totally ignored by staff. Finally I asked if I could get the freshly made fries ( which seemed to be going to orders at the drive thru), again rudenesd. I asked him if I could speak to their manager. Turns out the ride lady that slung the cold fries was the manager. I said to him that she really needed to improve her customer service to skills. He told me I was being rude and to leave the store. I worked as management for years in retail and this is the rudest staff I've ever encountered. They need retrained on Good customer service or fired. They are gonna cost the franchise owner alot of business.

Terrible! The staff acts like they are not even at work. So rude and unprofessional. I was trying to carry our two trays of food after coming up to see if our food was ready and found it just sitting there . A drink dropped so I asked for another. I come back up to ask for the drink and find it just sitting on the counter by the drink station. This place is sad . How is it that thus company doesn't care how the staff behaves?
Wasn’t surprised about the cold food, evyone in Greeley knows to not come to this Burger King for food. It’s always cold and old. Came here knowing that just because it’s the only Burger King with a play place area. My kiddos weren’t feeling McDonalds and it’s winter time so too cold for the park. Only thing fresh were the bacon tots, but that’s because I had the remake it. The person I asked to remake them was nice, but the cook she asks to make some fresh ones had a sour face and had the nerve to tell here that they were fresh. Restaurant was obviously empty but somehow very dirty. This place has a lot of potential being the only Burger King here with a play place area. They just need to put some elbow grease in to it.

The guy who works early morning is super friendly! Great person. Always greats his customers with lots of respect and truly enjoys his job. I go in every morning for my coffee. Burger King take note of this guy cause he represents your company very well.
