Employee was rude and was rushing me to order when I told him I needed more time he just stormed off, when I got my order it was wrong. I took it back and he gave attitude and aggressively threw the burgers in the trash, when I got my order remade it tastes and felt like they just nuked the burger in the microwave to cook it fast. My son wanted a crown so he went up to ask for one, same employee said we “we don’t have any.” I saw a stack of them in the counter, I told him I thought you didn’t have any. He said “not made but just grab it I guess.” Again with attitude, terrible dining experience. This Burger King usually does really good, this employee just seemed like he didn’t want to do his job.

I recently ordered from the Burger King inside Walmart and was disappointed with the experience. I got the Chicken Royal, but it didn’t taste good at all—definitely not what I expected. On the plus side, the fries were good, but when we got our order to go, there was no ketchup included, which was frustrating. Overall, not the best experience, and I probably wouldn’t order the Chicken Royal again.

This is one of the slowest serviced Burger Kings, every time I’ve been it takes forever, but this last time was the last time. The two ladies working were more concerned about their conversation than taking orders which was irritating to start, but then she took my order, great, until she went from the cash register right to my fries and put her gloveless dirty hand over my fries and put them in the bag, gross wash your hands and put on gloves! I won’t be eating at this location again. Eat here at your own risk.

I called to inquire if any of the locations we’re hiring for general managers and find out some info for hiring and they literally hung up on me awful customer service and they wonder why good employees are passed

Typical BK, Slow and slower service. Food is the same at all BK locations. If you are in the mood for a BK, you did choose. Lower prices are a thing of the past! Anyone remember FLAME BROILED instead of re-heated in the microwave food. AM I ASKING TOO MUCH??
I just watched the person who is mopping floors, stop to help make food without washing her hands - no joke - mopping to food prep with mop water all over her hands and the other person watched her and didn't say a word. Don't eat here.

Had to wait, so why not wait and have a bite. Oh, I'll try the spicy chicken sandwich. It looked good, but after the second bite, I fully realized the bun wasn't a roll; it was just that stale. It's not the worst meal, but I've MREs with fresher components.

I gave this location low scores due to them serving my kids chicken nuggets that were extremely hot as well as the kid's meals hamburgers they were to hot temperature wise to eat my toddler burnt his tongue when he bit into the chicken nuggets when I brought this issue up to the employees all they said was that they thought the chicken nuggets were for me.
