I called to inquire if any of the locations we’re hiring for general managers and find out some info for hiring and they literally hung up on me awful customer service and they wonder why good employees are passed

I just watched the person who is mopping floors, stop to help make food without washing her hands - no joke - mopping to food prep with mop water all over her hands and the other person watched her and didn't say a word. Don't eat here.

I gave this location low scores due to them serving my kids chicken nuggets that were extremely hot as well as the kid's meals hamburgers they were to hot temperature wise to eat my toddler burnt his tongue when he bit into the chicken nuggets when I brought this issue up to the employees all they said was that they thought the chicken nuggets were for me.

Absolutely disgusting place is dirty even bathroom went to have a late lunch and literally over heard the workers fighting about a girl that took our order having Covid instead being worried about customers well being to they were worried about themselves definitely won’t be going back
This location sucks! Don't come here if you want hot food or service. They gave me cold food and closed early so they didn't have to make an extra burger. This is the worst BK ever.
