Ordered breakfast with pancakes eggs hash browns and sausage. Hash browns were a scoop and rubbery. I never got a refill of coffee and the waitress never stopped and asked how was my meal was or if I needed anything else. Never going back.

I usually don't leave reviews for breakfast places, however I came in while it was a little busy and was seated immediately. My server Janet was very friendly and brought our food out quick and checked up on us regularly always with a smile. The french toast was 10/10 however the biscuits and gravy were a little too salty for me. Overall, it wasn't the worst breakfast place but it was a little loud.

I'm not sure how this place only has a 3.9 star rating. My family and I have enjoyed their food and service for years. We have never had a bad meal or bad service. Plus, the pancakes are fantastic. After traveling, I would say it is one of the better breakfast places in the US.

For a place called Butters, there was no butter in sight. The substance they put on the toast was the consistency of motor oil and tasted awful. The biscuits were hard like hockey pucks. We have given this restaurant 3 tries and they failed all three times. We won't be back.

The cook has an affinity for heat as my eggs were overcooked. Granted I ordered them fried, but I have fried eggs many times without having them turn to jerky on the outside. The toast was also on the "toasty" side. See pics attached. My pancake came out room temperature which leads me to believe they are made ahead of the orders and sit. The server didn't bother to ask how the food was so I didn't bother to tell her. I just think if you're going to spend $19 on basic breakfast food, it should probably come out looking and tasting better.

I was a little hesitant to come here after seeing the bad reviews but I'm SO glad I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Everything was awesome! The service was awesome, got the food very quickly and our server had 6 full tables. Food was really good and I loved my berry pancakes. Our coffee was good too. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Service was horrible. I also think it's wrong to charge for gravy to smoother a skillet but not charge for it to be smothered in chili.There is also no handicapped parking near the building.
