When will Cables wake up and find a cook that puts his heart into his fixings? For years now it seems that the food has gone down especially some of the great appetizers. Some of the apps involving cheese and or other toppings have come out too melted and not tasty. These apps cost very little to make and for 15 -18 the cost to Cables is meager. I love Cables Pub and Grill. I have been coming her for years. The food is amazing the kitchen staff really cares about what they are doing. I love the staff; the owner is always there and very involved and friendly. Their motto is "where friends Meet" and I completely agree.
I'm a greeley native and have been going to Cables since they opened 30 some years ago. They have always been goood, the food and service both. Last night (1/7/24) was not good in any way. There was just the two of us, my friend had the soup and salad with an order if cheese garlic bread and I had the Insulater sandwich. We also got on order of fried pickles.
