Went through the drive thru and got my order only a minute after paying with no line which seemed great. Got home (5 minutes away) to realize they were so fast because the burger had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. It was warm, but the bun was stale and getting hard, burger patties were super dry, and the bacon wasn't crispy just some limp squishy bacon. The fries were like you forgot them in the bottom of the bag only to discover them the next day.

I had a great experience today. Alma /Janet provided fantastic customer service and quality fast food. The Western Bacon Cheeseburger was hot and tasty, was delivered timely, at a competitive price! I greatly appreciated the first class service by Alma / Janet at Carls Jr... Thank You!

Very disappointing to find out the angus burger is being phased out. The standard patties are overcooked and flavorless. Last several app orders were not made correctly. Without the ability to offer a better burger, no need to eat at Carl's anymore. I'd gladly pay more for a better burger, but that is not an option anymore.

If I could rate it 0 starts I most definitely would. Samia has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen she has the worst customer service. She hands drinks rudely , slams the window , and gets mad when we ask for sauces. This location has potential but the workers are just straight up rude!

Litterally the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I placed a mobile order and during my 30min lunch I went to pick it up, I accidentally went to the wrong location, which I recognized is on me but I reordered my food at their location and paid again, when I called this location on 11th, I asked if I could cancel or receive a refund for the order, she was really rude and responded with we can throw your food away but we can’t refund you, and that I need to call corporate and figure it out , I then asked for a manager she said “she’s not here, she’s on vacation” then I asked for the buisness owner’s phone number, she then asked me if I was asking for Carl’s Jr.’s owners number? OBVIOUSLY NOT I was asking for the franchisee’s the person that owns the location of the buisness that partners with Carl’s Jr to have their product! She rudely hung up on me, I then called back and no answer! She called me later to say “it hung up” but we both know that’s not what happened otherwise you would call back immediately after it did that, the girl was rude inconsiderate and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced…. I reached out to corporate already, and submitted claim, I am entitled to a refund since I DIDNT RECIEVE ANY FOOD… and will continue to reach out to this location until I receive it, she was not helpful in anyway! These employees need to be trained better on how to respond to their customers, and they need to be knowledgeable because no one seemed like they knew what to do! I looked online and it does say that I need to reach out to the location directly for a refund, not corporate. Be better!

The absolute worst customer service. Not only did the employees at this location on 11th slam the window on me before even saying my total, I had to wait ten mintues for one chicken sandwhich. Completely rude employees. Unbelievable, at least they can get my order right.

You guys should really be verifying orders either at the kiosk speaker or the window or just get a new speaker/microphone because every time I order Chris-cut fries, I don’t get them and every time I ask for extra condiments in my bag, I don’t get them, or at least I did this time, but it was halfway open👍Thanks.
