I love Carl's Jr but this location let's me down every time. It's not that hard to hire someone to prepare a decent burger. I recommend going elsewhere unless you are starving and or desperate.

Ordered drive-thru and guy kept my Debit card. Went in and him and the manager lied about it. Stuck the bird to me and yelled. Very unprofessional. I had to get a new debit card.

I ordered a double number 2 and when I got home i realized they had given me a double famous star with cheese. I wanted a western bacon cheese burger which is the second item on their menu. When I went back he said the number 2 is the double famous star but I realized they don't even have numbers on their menu. I asked them if they did have numbers on the menu and cashier said not anymore. I said well can you help me out because this isn't what I wanted. He said I'd have to pay for another burger because "that's your bad, bro." I did because I wasn't going to throw a fit, but you would think that a multi billion dollar company could eat the cost of a miscommunication rather than the consumer.

Went threw drive threw, should have drive by. Basically had our drinks thrown at us. Ordered a sweet tea and unsweetened tea. We were not told or informed which one is which. Really only takes a moment. Food was thrown into my car. Guess you dont like treating people like they matter. My money will be better spent elsewhere.
