I went in today to have lunch with my family and i loves everything about Carl’s Jr. The customer service what beyond i asked for suggestions since i didnt know the menu and the employee Alma was patient and helped me find our perfect lunch. 5/5 will return, thank you.
Went threw drive threw, should have drive by. Basically had our drinks thrown at us. Ordered a sweet tea and unsweetened tea. We were not told or informed which one is which. Really only takes a moment. Food was thrown into my car. Guess you dont like treating people like they matter. My money will be better spent elsewhere.
