We just picked up 3 orders of waffle fries and chicken nuggets. They were hot, like they were freshly made and not sitting for hours under a heat lamp. The waffle fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside!! The chicken nuggets were not in uniform sizes but crispy, juicy and tasty!! Dipped in our favorite Chick-fil-a sauce!!
Customer service was friendly from the gal who took our order to the guy who was standing by the window and handed us our food.
The place was busy, which just tells you that Chick-fil-a is a favorite spot!!

The nicest boy took my order in the drive through during a big rush, his name tag said Dexter and that he was in training. He was kind but I didn’t get the feeling of him being rushed-while he was still fast in taking the order. Amazing service, love the kindness of workers at this location.

I’m tired of going to the only Chick-fil-A in Greeley and always being gypped out of food. I asked for a large fry so why am I getting medium fries in a large container? You guys didn’t even have the decency to fill it up halfway. Inflation is a real thing, but potatoes do not cost that much. Drop more fries and give people what they pay for it’s that simple. Quit skimming your consumers

Really great but can we have somebody come fix the door on the kids playground, it’s too heavy for the kids to open. And it doesn’t close softly, maybe invest in a more expensive door hinge, or replace it.

This is the worst location! When it gets busy there is no way to get in or out of the parking lot which creates a traffic disaster
I didn’t think I would ever get a bad sandwich and service from Chick fil-a but this place proved me wrong. The chicken was greasy and cold as if it had been fried twice. Club sandwich had no mayo on it and lettuce and tomato was wilted and mushy. Please don’t start serving crappy food at Chick Fil-a
