The team members were all friendly and helpful. Our food came out quickly and was fresh and hot. When my toddler slipped and fell out of his chair, team members were very quick to get us ice, a toy, and ice cream to help him feel better. It was so kind! They really went above and beyond. We love this Chick-fil-A.
We tried to use the app for the first time as I had some rewards from a prior catering order, but of course it wouldn’t load the entire time we were in the drive thru. We finally gave up on it, but the employee working, Addy, hooked us up with our nuggets anyway! We appreciate her going above & beyond with her customer service!!
