Chicken Salad Chick

I have tried the Cranberry Kelli and the Jalapeño Holly. They were both quite delicious . The Jalapeño Holly had just the right amount of spicy. I am excited to go back and try more options when I am near a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant again.

I've been in a few times now and have enjoyed every chicken salad I've tried. The grape salad is awesome. I like the simplicity and it's done SO WELL! The service is phenomenal ,so friendly. Great with answering questions. And everything is clean.

Just ate at Chick Salad Chick for the first time and let me tell you. This place is bomb.com. Tons of different flavors and options for all types of Palettes. You cannot beat their prices either. A salad from any where else is costing you $15-$20 bucks + Tax + Tip some places. I was able to get a full salad, water to drink + tip for $13 bucks out the door. I’ll take that any day of the week. You can tell they take pride in their food. I will be eating salads here weekly so I can unbig my back just in time for bikini season

I put in a pickup order for two indentical 3 scoop plates, went to drive thru to pick the order up at the time I was given. I was then told that the drive thru had been really busy today and my order was being worked on, and to pull forward in the drive thru and they would bring it right out to me. We'll 20 minutes go by and about 8 cars go through the drive thru but my order still hasn't been brought out. So I go in to see what the issue is of why it is taking 20 minutes for 6 scoops of chicken salad, to the order already ready just sitting in their Togo order station. I have always enjoyed your food and am a huge advocate to anyone i know that hasn't tried you yet, but this was just unnecessary and a lack of communication and caring.

Clerk running drive was walking back and forth behind the counter stocking cups and other items with a cookie hanging out of her mouth. She continued to use her hands to hold the cookie. I was ordering at the counter and mentioned it to the person taking my order while a manager listened on. The manager said there was nothing wrong with what she was doing. I totally disagree. Maybe both employees need to take a refresher course with regards to guidelines around employees eating.

Great service. Excellent food

Clean, well lit, plenty of seating. Super friendly staff. Many choices for the chicken salads made it hard to decideon one, interesting pairings such as chicken with apples, grapes, pecans. Sides were varied and the broccoli cheddar soup was so tasty. The cake was so delicious. My only disappointment was that there were no hot beverages; coffee, tea or cocoa. But I'll certainly be back for another meal!
