I didn't get a chance to eat any food I was actually picking up for someone else but the smells were incredible and definitely made me hungry 😩 However I have eaten here before and I have never had any complaints only reasons to come back😁
Our waitress Kelly was awesome. She was very professional, friendly and tentative The hostess that greeted us also was awesome. The food was fast, good and hot. highly recommend patronizing this establishment.

My mom and sister and I went to Chilis for supper tonight. We all had the chicken tortilla soup, which was as good as usual. We have eaten there several times before, but didn't know the seasoning on the fries had pepper in it. The young man who delivered the food offered to make new fries and bring them out unseasoned. That was so nice! Our waitress, Savanna, was friendly, polite, and helpful the whole time we were there. We paid at our table, and a printed receipt was not a choice. She happily brought us one!

I used to work at this location and totally understand when mistakes happen. What I don't understand is the the waitress that made the mistake of not putting our order in didn't take accountability for her mistake and had the manager do it for her. Waited over 45 min for them to realize we had nothing to eat but the chips and salsa we ordered 15 min after getting our drinks. Do better my restaurant fam this experience was a joke!
