I was in a week or two ago and needed to refund one card pay with another, then do it again because I messed it up, anyways I was a hassle, but the manager (?? Or whoever it was? around 8pm that had to use their scanner thing to process the refund) was so kind and patient and helpful! Wish I could remember his name, but he was awesome!

Who is running this store!? Inside was filthy, only one fork left stocked, lids and soda everywhere. They forgot my Coke bottle. My extra protein almost intentionally was less than a full serving. The chicken wasn’t even chopped up and was stringy and not even lukewarm. Asked for light lettuce and it was extra… they gave me extra queso dip I didn’t order. The chips were undercooked in some parts, like still soft, and other parts the corners were burnt- like they didn’t stir them in the fryer… unreal how bad you can screw up something with a fully spelled out set of SOPs
Since Chipotle isn’t concerned with the food safety and replies to review with insincere reply’s I think reaching out to the health dept with the photos of their restaurant would be a better solution. Disgusting. Only a few years after Chipotle got how many people killed and sick with food safety!?

Best Chipotle location we have had since moving to Greeley in fall 2023. We love ordering delivery and they ALWAYS come through! So thankful because when we lived in Thornton, we were always disappointed. Thank you guys that work there! Only request is to fry the chips much less (they come out overcooked a lot)! Happy to update my review when that changes!

Went to this location 3 times. The first two times were a good experience like any other chipotle. However the third time they were very stingy on portions with the meat. They were out of barbocoa so they just gave me what was at the very bottom under the juice. My burrito was basically a veggie burrito. They also did that to the person next in line to me with her tacos.

I came here 2 full hours before close and I was told they are ONLY doing steak for online orders!? So they made me stand in store make an online order just so they could put steak on my burrito and wait an extra 20 min! Even the manager said there isn’t anything they can do! So rude!

WTH is going on at this chipotle? 😭 they must have new management or something because their food is terrible lately. The red salsa has been unbearably spicy the last few times I’ve gotten it and it previously hasn’t been.(I’m Mexican, I love spicy food). The guacamole has been a nasty brown color, no where near fresh at all, and the chips were covered with at least a a gallon of salt and were burnt. INSANE amount of salt just sitting all nasty at the bottom of the bag. I never leave reviews but I have personal beef with this chipotle lately. Whoever is running this place… get them out of there fr.

Worst chipotle ever Terrible management idk who pick the store manager but she is terrible
This chipotle always does a pretty good job! They're clean and the lobby is big. Haven't had any major problems, but sometimes they skip on portions.
