This location needs better management. Every time we get food from this location they never have the house vinagrette and if there are promotional items, they're out of something. Chipotle has been advertising the new chimichurri sauce, so you'd think it would be available. Nope, didn't have it. I asked the employee why and was told that the manager was late and didn't get it made, and then another person said that the oil was bad. Either way, this is what happens every time at this location. Looks like it's time for a new manager and/or the franchise owner needs to step up and get things back on track. I may not go to this location again

Whether it is DoorDash, or mobile order, my experience and those who are also waiting at the same time have consistently said it takes 20 to 45 minutes for the order to be prepared. One time there was a guy that was waiting for a full hour inside the restaurant for his mobile order that he placed 30 minutes before he got there. It is absolutely atrocious for it to take this long. Customers frequently get dismissed and told they are working on it now yet still wait 30 minutes or more after being told the order is being worked on. Whatever you do do not place an order with chipotle

First we ordered two burritos and chips and guac that cost us over $40. I ordered on the app when I get there the girl behind the counter tells me my order had already been picked up. She kinda looked at me like I was lying on who I was, and then offered to remake my order. Got all the way to the house opened up the guac. It was black was not that fresh chips were stale. The burrito had some type of sweetness to it. Not sure what it was. The chimichurri sauce was not that great tasted just like olive oil. This is only the second time I’ve ever been to these restaurants, and to be honest they are the worst I’ve ever been to the place was dirty, and the staff paid more attention to themselves than they did to the customers. Not sure how this place stays in business, but I do not recommend this to no one

Did we completely skip quality control tonight? Because whatever this is, it’s not a quesadilla. I ordered a quesadilla — you know, the hot, golden, melted-cheese kind that actually looks like the picture. Instead, I got a cold, floppy tortilla with a sad clump of cheese inside. The cheese isn’t even melted! Did someone forget to press it? Grill it? Blink at it?
For real, this is embarrassing. I shouldn’t have to re-cook my “fresh” food at home just to make it edible. Do better — or at least make it look remotely like what you advertise.

Wow. Ordered through DoorDash. It’s def not the same as going inside. Does anybody know where the rest of my bowl is ? You go up on price but down on food. I would not recommend ordering off DoorDash. It was my first time. Never again. I’ll walk my 6ft 2 250lb self in as usual. I guess you need to see who you’re feeding ? You know how many forks I’m gonna have to take to make up for this!

So originally I gave this place 5 stars on doordash for portions but as of lately I'm extremely dissatisfied. For the amount you pay, I should not be getting taquitos ordering only chicken tacos with just cheese, sour cream and salsa. Very unfortunate it's the only one in Greeley. Far as I'm concerned this is scamming people and it's wrong. Been meaning to update my review for months now and every time I come here it's the same experience. Not sure if this is high turnover rate, training or both but this is not okay. I'm nearing my end with giving them our business anymore and it really sucks cause I grew up on this place and love this place. Hopefully they care enough to try and fix it.

I'm not sure who the young girl and guy were that were working yesterday evening but the girl that was there was so rude and rushing us through our order she was even been rude to the young guy that was there helping take orders! He Made a simple mistake by putting the wrong meat in mine and she went and grabbed the meat out of my bowl through it back in and and through the meat I wanted in my bowl! Very unprofessional I won't be going back to this location again!

So I drive a lot for my job.I drive to all over wyoming and all over colorado. It may take me 3 or 5 hours to get to this Chipotle but it's worth the drive When I crave chipotle, I don't stop at any other Chipotle i have to go to this one only. The customer service is by far the best.I've ever had at any chipotle, and i've been coming to this 2 years straight. They joke around with meThey asked me how my day's going. The only downfall is The app does not work for me.So I can't use my app.Can you guys fix it
